My plans changed so I tried to get a refund but they would only give me a credit, so when I called back they wouldn't take my credit! $700 down the drain. So much for customer support. Don't waste your money.
This company sucks. I had to change my departure date to the day before. When they did that, they down graded my next leg from first class to main cabin and then they couldn't fix it nor would they refund me the difference in price. 3 hours on the phone and it cost me an additional $770 with Alaska to get my seat back. Justfly.com left me on hold for an hour and a half before I finally hung up. Terrible customer service and incompetent agents.
Do not purchase tickets from Justfly.com! The ticket prices are considerably lower than other websites, but you end up paying double the original ticket price because of the mistakes they make while reserving over the phone or due to the website glitch. They booked me on the wrong flight through their websites. After I finished the reservation their website hung for few seconds and when the reservation itinerary finally came to my email, it was a wrong flight information. When I received the confirmation I called back within 30 seconds. They told me I couldn't change the flight without paying a $280 for ticket change and the service charge for the change even though it was their fault! I asked to speak with a manager and they said the manager would have told me the same. I asked if i can cancel it then, the response was no you still end up paying cancellation fee as it is their policy, which is absolutely a non-sense policy because" According to the U.S. Department of Transportation, you can cancel a non-refundable ticket and receive a full refund of any airfare booked in the United States, without cancellation fees or penalties, as long as you booked your ticket seven days ahead of your flight and you do so within 24 hours of booking". When I told them this, they only said "we are sorry, nothing we can do". I talked to my credit card company and they advised me to dispute. But even after disputing, the charge came back to my account and I just let it go at that point. Big regret and terrible experience with them.

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services We were able to look this over and we can confirm with you that there was no system error and the flights confirmed are in fact the flights that were requested. We see that you then did call back about 30 minutes after the booking was made however, a change was already made by you online, using our self serve portal. Once a change is already done, the original ticket can no longer be voided which is why the agent refused cancellation.
As much as the information you have provided is correct, the rule is only applicable if booked directly with the airline. Once a ticket is purchased through a travel agency, the agency is allowed to charge fees for any changes or cancellations even within the first 24 hours. You just can't make this up, it is so bad. I called because we missed our connector, they claimed that I did not purchase the tickets so they could not talk to me. I of course purchased them, have the receipts, my credit card. When I asked to speak to a manager, because the idiot I was talking to kept insisting I did not purchase the tickets, she said the manager would not be able to help either, since their records showed that I did not purchase the tickets. Unbelievable scam operation.

As per your review name here, it is Janet however, the name Janet is not on the reservation as in not the passenger or credit card holder. Although you may have clicked the buttons on behalf of the credit card holder, this is not something we can prove our end. Due to security reasons, (just like calling any company) we can not talk to a third party caller, as in a caller who is not the credit card holder or passenger. Please understand this is done to avoid any fraud related issues.
As per checking the reservation, I am able to see that an agent did advise you to have the credit card holder or passenger call in and you agreed. Call was then made to us to resolve the issue however mandatory fees were refused so flight could not have been reinstated here on our end.

Found a flight for 418.20. Booked through the JustFly site, where it was listed at 418.20. Then I get their confirmation that I have just paid 432.15. Excuse me?
I call them. I want them to cancel so I can just by direct from American Airlines or any reputable online booking service. They refuse to help me, citing the fact that the ticket is issued in someone else's name. Well of course. I booked the flight for my wife, and paid for it with a credit card issued in my name. So they are willing to deal with me to take my money, but not to address the fact that they just stole $14.95.
My credit card shows a charge to American Airlines of 418.20 and a charge to JustFly of 14.95. I will of course be disputing this charge.
Sleazy, slimy, dirtbags. Don't book with them. Run away!
Do not purchase tickets through Justfly! They booked me on the wrong flight. When I received the confirmation I called back within 15 minutes. They told me I couldn't change the flight without paying a $250 per ticket charge for the change even though it was their fault. I asked to speak with a manager and they said one would call me back. They didn't. I called back and at this point they said I could only cancel for $150.00 and I would get credit for the tickets. I talked to my credit card company and they advised me to cancel. Thereafter I attempted to purchase flights with my credit. They said I still had to pay $200.00 extra to rebook. They are scammers!
I never get the same information from representatives at Justfly. And I've wasted a lot of time on the computer with them. No one seems to know what they are doing.
They say they will send confirmation emails but they seem to then forget all about it. I had to call the airline to find out what my ticket numbers, confirmation numbers --all the numbers Justfly asks for when they can't find your reservation -- which is so far all of the time.
Their webpage is deceiving and when you think you have bought travel insurance, it turns out to be insurance that you can cancel a flight within a day. This is a terrible company. Avoid them. There must be better companies out there, though I'm beginning to have my doubts. It cost you $100 to cancel a flight. That much money to punch in a few numbers into a computer.
I am old enough to remember the days where there was something called "customer service." That's all over now -- even if you buy their misleading insurance.
If a hurricane like Florence comes your way, you can't reschedule, cant change flights unless you pay MORE than the ticket is worth. Their customer service is in India or somewhere in some small basement in a foreign country. So dont expect pity when something horrible happens in the USA. Their trip insurance is also crap. So American Airlines is helping me out with a credit. Just Fly, tried to swindle me 200 plus dollars. Never again. Thanks for being complete@$$holes during a detrimental time in our lives. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, and if ANYONE wants to start a class action lawsuit, sign me up.
Repeatedly called to get flight changed, which they said they could do at the beginning, they always had an excuse and told me to call back in 24 hours. Finally, they said they had a flight, just hold on they were working on it. After holding two hours I did, I gave up! Just what they wanted. You have been war, don't use Just Fly!
If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible customer service. They lied to me about airline policies and didn't inform me of a very important rule of every airline in the world which caused my daughter not being able to get on the plane. I even got a travel insurance but it is not useful in this situation. Been on the phone with them for hours for the past month trying to get a refund but everyone keeps telling me to wait. They will do anything to have you book with them and then it's not their business when you have trouble with the reservation. TOTAL SCAM! NEVER AGAIN!
It was very easy to book the trip for my father in law and mother in law. The departure time and returned times were very flexible and was just what My in laws wanted.

I had to cancel a flight and I was told it would cost me $300.00 to cancel but by paying that fee, I would receive full amount of flight charges of $1313. 56 credit towards another flight in the future. I verified that the new flights would be at advertised rates of justfly as well as directly through the airline of choice and that it would be good for one year. I was told Yes the credit would be towards any new flight within a year at the best rate justfly.com offers and advertises.
I went in to reschedule the flight and found the flight is 1345. 66. Great. I would only pay about 32.00 difference. When I try to use my credit, the airfare went up to 2121. 66 for exact flight meaning I needed to pay nearly 808 dollars more. This means that after paying the 300 dollars to get the credit, and the upcharged airfare, I am only receiving about about 137 dollars savings out of the 1313. 56 credit and have been totally lied to.
I checked with American Airlines directly and found I can fly first class for same trip for a total of 2151. 56 Only 30 dollars more than what JUSTFLY racked up the rates to in order to utilize the credit. THIS IS FRAUD and nowhere in their terms and conditions does it state they will charge higher fares on flights when utilizing credits. Also when asked before paying cancellation fees to obtain credits I was promised rates would be same.
Got it done! It gets easier every time I use just fly. It has become a part of my flying routine to go see the grandkids.
Warning this is a group of scammers. They changed out booking, blamed us and cost us over $500.00 they will scam you too.

I called them to book an international flight. The lady didn't offer any suggestions, didn't help me find what I was asking for, and was pushy. Unfortunately, I ended up booking a flight that I'm not happy with at all. Two days later I'm trying to change it and they and the airlines want to charge way too much money. A real rip off!

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. As per checking your reservation, we are able to see this ticket was cancelled in May 2017. When a ticket is cancelled and held as a credit, it is only applicable for one year after the original issue date which means in your case, the ticket was only valid until March 2018. A phone call was made only in September and at that point, the ticket was forfeited and lost all value.
