Doesn't get much worse. I booked an early morning flight with Air Transat through these guys but when it became time for online check in the Air Transat site would not take my confirmation. I tried a couple of more times with no success. In the late afternoon I tried Justfly customer service but got no answer so I tried the bookings line. They answered immediately but were less than enthusiastic once they realized that I didn't want to buy anything. The next 7 calls were transferred to another line where no one answered of course. By the 8th try I was getting rather excited so they were magically able to connect me with a supervisor who tried for well over an hour to get me checked in. By this time I cancelled my meeting with clients as I had no idea whether or not I would have a flight or be able to make it to YYZ on time. Better at 10pm than 4am. Shortly afterwards I was told that there had been a "glitch" and that I should be able able to check in. Very nice but at that point I really had no use for the flight so I requested a full refund. They replied that I didn't cancel within the required time and I hadn't purchased insurance, Of course not. When I booked they didn't tell me that they were going to screw me around so thoroughly or I would have purchased insurance. Any company can sell me a flight and grab my money in a flash. The real measure of a business is how the deal with customers when there is a problem. On this polnt they fail miserably. Save yourself the aggravation and book with someone/anyone else.

Rip off

Purchased a flight and insurance. Called later to cancel the ticket as my girlfriend didn't need it anymore. They wanted to charge me a cancellation fee and were only willing to give me a credit for a future flight to the same destination for the same passenger. LOL Why did I purchase insurance if i can't get my money back and I have to pay a cancellation fee? Wasn't even worth it for me to cancel it.

Won't be flying "Justfly" anymore. I don't recommend you do either.

Easy to use and always a great deal

Highly recommend I always find the great deal here. Also, it give me hotel prices so that I can compare it with other companies however most of them don't match the same rate as justfly.

! I booked my flight on justfly and they send me itinerary details on my email and they say that I booked economy class and in that email they send me my baggage allowance that say that I have right on one checked baggage each, I was call justfly to make sure that and they say the same! Now airlines told me that I don't have right on checked baggage! I was call justfly and they say I'm sorry! Hahhahahaha! Newer again with JUSTFLY!

Booked a flight to Salt Lake City, UT and end up canceling it, received credit for 388$, and was told that I will have credit for a year to re use it. End up needing a ticket to Denver, representative Kendra wanted to charge me 200$ cancellation fee, then found much more expensive flight and told me that it will cost me one way to Denver $211 plus fees. Thats only one way! Roundtrips are selling for 220$ on the internet, what a scam, DO NOT USE this company! Took all my money, no credit at all.

I always check this site first and compare others. Never disappointed. I try to use the major airlines, I'm not a fan of frontier or spirit cheap tickets but ends up costing way more in the end with all the extra fees.

Worst company ever!

Worst company ever! Short story they charged me $1343 for my $702 flight! I called within minutes and want to charge $75 to cancel.

Long story: I clicked on a $702 flight came back later to book. Filled in my information hit purchase and it flashed my flight had increased to $1343. I declined the flight. Found the $702 flight again looked at the price $1343 so got out. Went back found a different $702 flight looked at the price $702 confirmed myself. Clicked purchase looked at the price $702. Checked my email and they charged me 1343. 00! I called and they told me that $1343 was the price when I booked I said no it wasn't. Asked to speak to a manager and he tells me they have a snapshot of me confirming the price. I swear on everything I tripled checked every price and I never confirmed $1343. Now they will only let me cancel and want me to pay $75. I have never had a company screw me over so badly.

Never again

I booked a flight almost a year In advance, great price but ended up getting screwed because they never tell you that you're only allowed a very small personal item on the plane and for every baggage that you check in you have to pay $30 for the first bag, $45 for the second one and 145 for the third that's through Justfly.com never again will I use them I am a single mom of two kids and this is ridiculous.
I asked the agent twice she confirmed with me that we get to check in one luggage the second luggage we paid for with a carry-on to be told that all of that information was wrong and incorrect then they tell me they can't do anything about it! WTH that I'm responsible or I could fly to my destination with no luggage no clothes nothing but the clothes on my back and then I never got the itinerary email to me it was emailed the day before I left that's when I found out I have to pay for all these additional charges!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH JUSTFLY.COM EVER!
It would have been cheaper and better straight through the airlines itself.

Wonderful Flight!

I was treated so well by all the crew. Always making sure I was comfortable throughout my flight. I'm disabled and the gentlemen that assisted me off the plane and to get my luggage were absolutely wonderful. They wouldn't let my daughter lift a finger to lift my broken suitcase. They carried it all the way to her car. It was broken during transit. Thank you for the spectacular customer service.

Don't get your ticket here they will charge your card without your consent if you cancel your ticket 250 plus half the money of your ticket I had a 950 I only got back 600 so they took 350 plus 250 charge from my card without my consent I'm sorry for me and other people that goes thru this for people like this

Fraud, stay away!

Awful company. Unethical fraudulent hidden charges. They'll charge an arm and a leg for changes/cancellation which do not make any sense. They say all their clauses are in their terms and conditions. Have u heard that before? $#*!ty companies that hide all their shady terms in fine print. Just know that any changes, cancellations, modification, you are screwed. Also they pull you in with false prices and watch the checkout price, because it automatically goes up. I kept screenshots of this. Looking for a smart way to report them, probably to FTC. Let me know if others are doing the same. There's a lot of complaints out there but need to find ways to get them off the planet for good.

If You really value yourself, your hard work and your time don't you ever ever ever book through these crooks. Hard working passengers are Bri g played. Read those reviews and please believe most of them guys. I do have few questions for the owners, the CEO, shareholders. How do you sleep at night knowing the inhuman practices you allow? Hope all of you know the curse you are bringing upon yourselves and your families. You might be living a lavish life but that's not the end. Continue to look at yourselves in those diamond mirror you might own for now? These passengers you are stealing from with all those fakes cancelations, rebooking etc will haunt you all. It's always just a matter of time. Very hard working individuals in awful life situations pay for all of you. Your business model is called " just fly claimed to be American but please let me tell you they don't care about your military involvement. Because this is our story. You stole from someone who fought n'as is goghyong for this United State is America. You didn't only stole from him but from kids and loved ones. The time spent away from every single one of them, the missed birthdays, the emergency moments you manage to steal all of that from my family.

High Cancellation Fees
November 3, 2018

Had to cancel an international trip. The airline charged $200 and they topped it with another $250 charge even though the lady on the phone who initiated the cancellation did not refer to the additional $250. So book with them knowing that any change of plans will likely mean a much lighter wallet.
