Shutterfly gave me a free calendar and shipping for a mistake made on a product I purchased! They also provided a code for the person receiving the gift I made.
Booked a flight with them and then had to cancel because the second passenger I booked with is not longer able to make the trip. I was charged $150 for cancellation per person and then was denied a refund. I now have travel credit with them that they REFUSE to let me change to a different flight/location and wont remove the second person to apply the credit to my ticket. Which makes no sense! If its your money, on your card, YOU as the purchaser should get to decide.
Company is straight garbage. DO NOT book with them. You're better off paying a little bit more money with a reputable company than these scammers.
One of the worst experiences I have had. So many hidden costs that are not listed on the booking page. When I called, the representative was very un-helpful and would not budge. It charges $150 cancellation fee on top of any charges by the airline. Much better to go to Expedia or Orbitz that charge nothing of their own. Would not recommend JustFly to anyone.
I booked a flight 12/3/17 to Jamaica, and was charged twice. I contacted justfly & they would not refund the $ back to my credit card, instead they told me they can only issue a
Travel credit. The travel credit is for $570.86. When I tried to use the travel credit on 11/25/2018 the new flight was double the travel credit because of an addition $200 penalty and $150 penalty fee. I ended up paying $1300 for one flight. Never was able to use my travel credit of $570.86. Plus they did not tell me that i had to complete the booking and the flight before 12/3/2018. There customer service is the WORSE. They put you on hold for over an hour and there supervisors are also the customer service representative & travel agents. I have a case pending with the BBB and the State Attorney General office for online transaction not rendered.
Saw one of those "call in only" deals, had me on the line almost an hour, just to tell me it was no longer available after they took all my info. Then, told they could try to match very closely, and an extra fee was charged from my account the next day. Now, have to dispute the incorrect charge with my bank, because can't get a supervisor on the line - no help from JustFly. Never using them again.
Booked 3 months in advanced to save money and ended up having to book a new flight for double the price (+$1,500) 3 weeks before vacation. All due to a change by the airline for which JustFly could not offer any alternative solution other than cancelling with 90% refund.

I booked a flight with JustFly and due to a technical error I called them back 2 hours later to correct it. They would only do it for a $50 fee. Everyone these days make any changes within 24 hours even on the most stringent no refundable fares. They were completely unhelpful. I will never book with them.
Terrible customer service experience.
In the even that there are no changes to your flight consider your self lucky. If on the other hand anything changes ( which with my experience seems very likely) you're in for one of the worse customer service experiences going.
Justfly takes no liability and continuously pushes the blame on the air line provider. I understand that in reality they do under their t&c's limit what liability they have; however after being hung up numerous times and spending more then 5 hrs over countless calls just to get my flight changed due to a change in flight time by the air line I feel they fell very short in meeting even then lowest expectations.
In addition to the actual delivery of the lacking customer "service" they separated myself from people who I was travelling with and over and over again offered me less then equauivlent options to my original travel plans.
On the other hand I think I now know their hold music off by heart after spending the better part of my day ( the day before I was supposed to fly for 30hrs) on hold trying to get my flight reconfirmed...

Steep CANCELATION fee $150, even if you cancel 5 minutes after booking! And you CANNOT choose your SEATS! And paying Justfly extra fees $23 besides the airflight and seats fees! WTH?
I have booked a trip to Las Vegas and got the Spirit Airline with the SAME price that later I went to check at the airline directly. I should have gone to Spirit Airline, book and choose my seats, and still can cancel or change the flight with the airline directly!

You will almost always get the same deal at Priceline with a much, much better and safer, user experience.
Yes, you will find the occasional great deal but the downside is they are inflexible and one small error will cost you a minimum of $75.
1. When you go through all the hoops to buy a ticket, the price could jump up on you. You may not realize this and click anyway. You have now inadvertently overpaid and they will charge you a $75 cancellation fee.
They have plenty of traps to get you to cough that up, too.
2. When you book they don't actually take the order, instead they send another confirmation screen. If you are not watching out, you may think you ordered when you didn't and then... the price may jump on you.
3. If you make any mistake on your booking - a middle initial, a birthdate, whatever - it will cost you $75 to fix or TSA may throw you off the flight.
I once booked over the phone and THEY misspelled my name - it cost ME. There's a slew of hidden quirks and charges awaiting you. Avoid or... proceed with extreme caution.

150+150 (150 for Airline service and additional 150 justfly charges), They did not have the courtesy to waive the 150 dollars additional charge by justfly, even when we said we would be rebooking the new flight right away.
I booked Xiamen Airline through justfly to make a round trip (LAX-Xiamen-Fuzhou, Fuzhou-Xiamen-LAX) from 9/14 to 9/20. Because of a very bad delay on the flight from LAX to Xiamen, I couldn't make it to the next connecting flight (Xiamen-Fuzhou). After the trip, I requested a partial refund for the flight (Xiamen to Fuzhou) that I missed through justfly. I was super frustrated to make this refund request through justfly.
I have called/emailed justfly multiple times during the past one and a half months, and they never returned me back any response. I can ONLY get some response from justfly by calling them periodically, and they just kept telling me the same thing: Xiamen Airline has marked my flight "flown", so there is no way justfly can refund me any money!
What a punishment for me when I did nothing wrong. Justfly refused to take any responsibility after customers have finished their payments.
I will try more efforts to make justfly pay me back for that flight I missed, and I am not sure if I can or how long I have to wait. I will keep you posted on this progress. I just want to let you be cautious about the potential risk that you may take when you book with justfly. If everything goes well, you may feel happy with this company. But if something goes unexpectedly, justfly will walk away and let you bear all the losses without any care. They will treat you the same way as they treat me right now.
We bought two tickets to Georgia and we had an emergency and had to cancel. We purchase a travelers insurance and when we called two file a claim they charged my card another $200 to cancel the flight even though I told them I did not want to pay the $200 as I did not care if they had to empty seats on the flight. After disputing it and spending 60-plus hours on the phone I'm out $1,200. I will never fly through them again
This is an horrible booking agency. They won't disclaim to you upfront that you're booking a flight without having the right to have check-in baggages. I had to call air Portagal to know if we're allow to have 2 check-in baggages for our international trip. Air Portable told us that Justfly booked the flight for only carry on. We're not allowed to have 2 baggages included in our booking for this trip like other companies do. Now we have to pay $88/baggages one way and $88 for the way back which means that we have to pay $352/person for our round trip if we do take 2 baggages for checkin! That's insane! Big scam! The first rep put me on hold for 2hours and when I told to the supervisor they said they can't help us. Wow! This company is a scam! Don't book with them! Please don't! And the supervisor hung up on us omg! Horrible customer service
Called to make my Boling only to have the Sgent lie to me about baggage
Then when I tried booking the second group of tickets he tried to tel me the airline raised the rates $280 but he'd give me $30 off. Fortunately I said no and booked second set straight through the airline at the normal rate and funny enough was able to book another pair of tickets on same flight last night for the original price. They promise to make things right but when the manager called he politely told me too bad they have in their online disclosures it doesn't include baggage.

Buyer beware! Go straight through the airline or a reputable company. I'd give them a zero if I could. The only good thing about them is their app which scans all airlines to give you fare selections.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
