I bought a ticket on justfly (directed there from hipmunk), rather than through Air Canada because justfly gave me better seat options. I'm in Canada and the justfly web site priced the ticket in Canadian dollars. So I paid with a Canadian credit card. Well, after I pay, on the receipt, it says I've been charged in US dollars. So now I have to pay an extra $35 to my bank for the currency conversion. Not a huge amount of money but it's messed up that justfly did not disclose the currency it would use to bill me. I called and complained to a supervisor, who dropped the change fee to $25 from $75, but then they wanted me to go through the whole process of rebooking the flight over the phone. While I was on hold, I looked up some reviews and got worried, so I decided to skip the rebooking process because I don't want any glitches. I'll just pay my bank the silly $35.
Now I'm worrying that those seat options are a scam. We'll see.

I have two family names and they concatenated them into one (Keeping the second family name's capital letter on my profile, not keeping the capital letter on my booking). When I call for them to manually fix it (to make sure there won't be any issue at boarding time), they tell me I need to cancel the flight (200$ fee) and rebook, and they insists I made the spelling mistake (but somehow, the name is different on my profile and my booking, and all accents were stripped).
Additionally, the unsubscribe button doesn't work and I keep receiving promotional material.
Refuse to admit they failed to discloses the full terms and conditions of cancellation policy when they ADVISED me to cancel my flights. I have recorded the "supervisor" admitting they have not reviewed the recording, yet they refuse to refund my money.
I've been in school in Maryland for a year now and I had not seen my parents in forever. When we finally had enough to book a flight, we chose justfly.com. It was a good round trip price $330. However, my flight was cancelled automatically the next day. After calling to find out why, they mentioned my card was declined from my bank and they wouldn't be able to honor me for the same price even if I paid now. (Fights are now $500-800) SO, I called my bank to find out what happened on their end. They said they never received any charges. No invoice. No Bill. No transaction. So instead of calling justfly back and arguing I decided to leave a negative feedback on almost everything. I found a better flight through student. Universe for $247. I will be missing christmas and new years with my family THANKS TO JUST FLY. If they didn't want me to have a cheap flight like their website claims, they should have just said so.

I had a very bad experience booking my ticket on Justfly. They don't make the policy clearly at all when recommending the purchase plan to the customer. For example, the travel plan insurance they recommend you to purchase can not fully refund your flight tickets at all. They only cover emergency accident during travel. Besides, there are a lot of EXTRA fees. You can't change or cancel without paying additional fee to process your request. Ie. You can never get a full refund if you want to cancel your flight ticket, not as what they advertised in the website or in the insurance description.The representatives can't provide any solution but keep saying "once the fee is charged, the fee is not refundable". This is the worse experience I have ever had. I'm very disappointed!
Today I was booking a flight for a friend who needed to get to Nairobi to attend a funeral. Both parents were involved in a terrible accident and his mother passed away father critical. Time was of the essence. This company confirmed flights put a hold on monies from my account gave a booking reference number and then sent an email to say that booking was cancelled!

I love the company and they have great customer service and great flight attendants that helps you until your flight is done
Hotel needs better maintenance. One bed had two legs propped up with blocks of wood the other legs had mid-matched wheels that were different sizes. The view from the third floor window showed garbage scattered behind the building for two days.
I had no worries and was treated well. I am old and was worried about my comfort level. It was nice. They all made me feel great. Thank you.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
