On the website it says that there is a 24 hour cancellation on booked flights. Within 10 minutes of booking my flight I call them to cancel and I am told that there is a $75 fee. What a crock of sh_t. They told me that it was in the fine print. Yeah the fine print where everyone has time to read.
Horrible customer service department and high penalty if you decide to change your ticket. Not recommend their services.

Justfly is totally unreliable! Please think twice before booking with them. They've cancelled my reservations twice due to their faulty system which posts inaccurate flight information. When their staff was contacted multiple times to address the issue, they provided poor customer service and behaved in a robotic manner - different reps saying the same thing without any regard for resolving the problem. Needless to say, they have ruined my travel plans for my upcoming birthday.
I used "JustFly" in late August 2018 to fly to Cambodia, in addition, I had a ticket for a travel companion to join me one week later... both using JustFly.
After booking, but prior to departure, the departure time from my hometown was changed by only a few minutes and I received updated information.
I attempted to check-in with my home departure airline, 24 hours in advance, Alaska Air and was told I had two different confirmation numbers ( I think that is the correct term) and I would not be allowed to fly. I spent literally 6 hours on the phone, making multiple calls to JustFly and I recorded each conversation. The JustFly representatives appeared to be Totally Clueless as to my problem and told me I would have to call the airline in China.
After 6 hours and multiple calls to multiple people, A call to the Chinese airline I was traveling on told me the ticket needed to be reissued, that it should have been reissued when there was a change, but it was not. Eventually, with that information, I again called JustFly and I guess they reissued the ticket, because I did fly.
My companion who was to join me a week later, was denied boarding the Alaska Air because of the same reason. A wonderful Alaska Air agent spent 6 hours attempting to correct the issue, and finally got her on a different flight and arrived one day late.

I booked a flight through justfly.com on Icelandair. Before I made the purchase I checked with Justfly to determine what economy fare I was receiving. They assured me that they only sell the Standard Economy Fare.The Economy Light fare did not include luggage. I needed to check luggage and Standard Economy included luggage. The Economy Light fare did not include luggage. I needed to check luggage and Economy Standard included luggage. After I booked the flight my receipt indicated economy with no reference to whether it was Standard or Light Economy. I called Icelandair to confirm and they told me I had purchased an Economy Light ticket. Luggage would need to be purchased for $94 each way for a total of $188. I called justfly.com and spoke to a supervisor who would not help me. I also called Icelandair to report the problem and they could not help me with a problem from a travel site like justfly.com.
Do not use Justfly.com. Go directly to the airline website. I am asking my credit card company to refund the luggage charges I just made. Hope it works.
We booked our original flight with justfly and everything was fine till they went and rebooked us when our flight got delayed and tried to take out another $1,200 out of our account and succeeded would not return my money to me blamed it on Spirit Airlines ended up canceling my card the day we flew out had to report it to the credit card company in file fraud charges and now the latest kick in the pants is they went and put us on another flight the day that we flew back home without our permission and try to rip us off again so now I'm more fraud charges are pending
Tried to book a flight to UK. They told me it was all set and would email me confirmation, but i never got it. So i called back double check if email was correct the man child who spoke with me said it was wrong and would transfer me to customer service which was off since he was CS they had me on hold with a dead tone. Called back they kept hanging up on me. So, getting nerves called my Card card company to cancel any transactions since their behavior is suspicious. Was told they attempted to try under the wrong name.
So I tried again to get a hold off someone wondering why no contact was made and i am left in the dark about my flight, spoke with a upset woman i had to explain what they did wrong and she just ssid we cancelled your flight. I asked for them to rectify their mistake and you know apologize and fix the problem like a normal company would (that's expecting to much from this kids) she told me in her i hate my life voice to go to another flight service. I guess this poor kids must get paid peanuts to push business away. They really suck i don't trust that company. Go to Flight center if you want to be treated with some dignity and peace of mind.
We will never use thus company again. We called them in order to buy 2 flight tickets to our honeymoon. The gentlemen over the phone advised that it's includes 2 check in baggage per person, after we paid we checked our flight tickets which it shows only one, when we try to recall the "supervisor" hung up the phone to me when I asked her to listen to the records again and give us what we have promised.

Last year I booked a flight but was unable to travel because of Military obligation.
I called Justfly and explained my situation. I was told to pay #150 for modification and that my booking would be good for 1 year.
Today I went on line to see how much my credit is worth, and to my surprise it says zero even though I paid sum of $920.00.
I called Justfly and was told I have a credit of $754.93, I asked how much do I need to add to book a new flight?
The female I was talking with left me on the phone for over 10mins and came back to tell me total amount for the flight is $1650 when there is a flight to same destination for $840.45. In other words my money is gone without a flight and then she hung up.
I am going to make sure my congressman hears about this. This ridiculous.
Purchased international flight through JUSTFLY (Louisville to Cebu via Chicago and Shanghai). Got a decent deal but same as other sites where offering. Accidentally clicked an early flight out of Louisville which would result in 7 hour layover in Chicago. Immediately contacted JUSTFLY and they said they could not change it for 24 hours. Called the next day and they wanted $500 each ticket to change the first leg of the domestic portion of the flight. Said I should have canceled the previous booking and rebooked (which would have tied up my $1600 for 10 days and have me dish out another $1600 until my refund came). I checked United and the one way price had not changed from previous day. Called United direct and since it was actually a China Eastern flight, that they could not change. Called China Eastern and they stated that since it was booked though a "travel agency" that I would have to go through them. I tried calling JUSTFLY again and they gave me the run around again. This time dropped the price to $250 a ticket. Now, on this site it lets you pick your seats, problem is, it does not reserve them. None of my seats they I selected actually made it to the actual ticket. This resulted in my wife and I sitting in different sections of the plane on multiple long segments (15 hours shanghai to Chicago and 5 hours from Cebu to Shanghai). When I tried to access my info in the actual airline site (China Eastern), my reservation would not pull up for me to change seating or even check in. JUSTFLY website would not give me access to change seating and when I called them, they said I had to wait until 24 hours before the flight. My son left 1 day later and booked through a different site and actually changed his seats several days before the flight. Scam operation. I will never do business with them again.
I've only booked through Justfly yesterday from Japan, got a deal fare with American Airlines, but it seems Justfly charges a service fee of $25? Well, that kind of thing is common in our country when you book from a travelling agency.
I did look up AA's site, and usually the fares on the flight company's own site are cheaper, but that was not so with AA (perhaps it's because I live in Japan, it just sends you to AA Japan, which becomes a little more expensive and somehow can't get the good flights or cheap fares shown in AA US) and that's why I chose to book through Justfly.
I was lucky because I could speak English, and I was able to get the phone-only-fare, a really cheap one. You would probably never be able to get such tickets in a normal way if your booking from Japan. So perhaps it's good for people living in foreign countries who wants to get cheaper flights flying to US since great deals are usually offered to only those in the US.
I'm quite used to LCCs in my country, so I chose not to get a seat through Justfly, simply to save the cost. They said it will be only $15 to get a seat. Not a big deal really, but I'm glad I didn't get it through them. It's a long flight from Japan to the US and because I sometimes have pains in my hip, I thought I'd be on the safer side for the long flight and looked up AA's site to check my booking and found out that you could in fact save your seats FREE there, although those are of course not really great seats being in the middle or seats half way towards the back etc. compared to those that are paid, but I was able to get seats on the aisle side with most of my flights which I hoped for to free at least one side of my leg a bit.
Lesson here, don't reserve your seats through Justfly but get them through the flight company's site! Justfly may charge you another extra service fee for this!

I was quite happy with the cheap fare, the cheapest I could find, but my credit card company hasn't shown my payment for this booking yet, so I'm putting 3 stars for now. I just hope that they haven't charged more than what they said and what is shown in the mail which came from Justfly.
I thought I'd write this review now so that it will help others when booking via Justfly.
I booked a ticket to Dubai with 1 stop and while in transit, found out it was 2 stops. Not only the fight to Dubai but also the flight back. The is no were on my booking that says anything about the 2nd stop. We had to get off the plane and go thru another customs, almost missing our flight! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY OR CHINA EASTERN. This is false advertising!
And the best part is there is 2stops both ways! Absolutely unexceptable
I called in within 20 hours of my 24hours to cancel and I had spend about 2 hours on the phone and got mixed answers. Call a 2nd time to follow up and got a different answer then the 1st phone call. Still waiting for my refund. And they charged extra charges. Worst experience I have had.
Booked flight bought flight insurance. Had to cancel. Found out flight insurance is only for medical emergency. Paid 30 more bucks for that. Then found out had 75 dollar cancellation fee. So 105 with flight insurance for cancel. Then if you use weasel credit they give you can't use on discounted flights so flight that was 275 cost 700 for next day. I dispose this company another uncompassionate overseas reps. Don't do it!
Never buy tickets from you guys ever.
I brought two tickets, business class, from Houston to an Asia coutry with my wife.
When I had to change my return date, I called justfly several times. They said it's impossible to change my tickets and requested me to purchase new tickets.
This was unbelievable. These are business class tickets, and I was okay to pay extra for changing my tickets.
I called airlines local office, they helped us to change my return date with reasonable fees.
Complete cheating. Hiding behind fine lines.
They charge $75 for cancellation even if you cancel within an hour or so.
This fact they don't tell explicitly when you book it.

Booked her flight missed spelled the I word of my girlfriend and it cost me $50 to change two letters in the first name on the eTicket I find that ridiculous

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
