All I say is, if Justfly is messing with you with the fake charges, wrong booking and they are not resolving your issue. Then call your bank to dispute the charges! I got mine fixed in 10 day. As a customer it's our right & your bank will help you.
SERVICE WAS THE WORST I HAVE RECEIVED, RUDE, HANG UP ON YOU. They have hidden cost and unclear policies, refunds will not be given, and you getting someone you can understand would be nice, Even the Supervisor was rude and had to understand.
Awful service I called to cancel a flight within hours of booking because of an emergency I was told that yes it could be cancelled and I would be issued a full refund and also charged $75 to cancel which was fine. 24 hours later I was then told it could not be cancelled as the airline declined my refund and to contact them for any questions. I contacted the airline they then told me they never refuse refunds with 24hours of booking and have no record what so ever of just fly even trying to cancel my flight. I was on hold for 60 minutes then waiting to speak to somebody this company it is a joke if they can't have people actually do their job. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT HASSLE

I have used Justfly a few times on international flights and have always gotten the best deal. Fortunately once I have booked the flight i haven't had any reason to make adjustments to my ticket.
Flight canceled due to weather. Just fly did not assist with rebooking. I was on the phone from 10pm to 5 am waiting to speak to a customer representative from justfly with no luck. Eventually rebooked after a lot of pleading directly with the airline who felt sorry for me.
I have book quite a few times with Justfly before, I can remembered booked my ticket and accidentally selected the wrong date, immediately call Customer service and was credited. Justfly is my go for travel ticket. Yes I would recommend this company.

I booked ticket from them in Premium economy. After 10 days I called them to upgrade my ticket to Business class. They forced me to cancel my existing ticket and assured to book ticket for business class at $1495. After cancelling my ticket they transferred to sales team and now they are asking for $7000 to book the ticket. I lost my existing ticket and now even premium economy is charging me around $2000. Do not trust them. Now they don't pickup my phone.
I booked a flight to go home for my uncle wedding a day after everything was confermed they cancelled my flight no explanation! Then had the nerve to ask me to pay extra $200 for the exact same flight they just called... the staff was not helpful I asked to speak to the supervisor and they put me on a very long wait even tho I was promised for it to bring a 5 minute wait on the phone. Unfortunately nothing was solved! Over all the worst experience I've ever had from a flight company!
They are scam, they charged me 58.95 for seats on Alaska airline. And they never book it.
When I called Alaska airline, I found out I paid for seats in the 10 roll and get a seat assigned to me by Alaska airline. On the 29 rolls.
I call justfly and I was told when you pay, you are paying for the select seat not buying a seat. ((( what a scam)) I have to pay someone to select my seat... lol stay away from justfly.

Stay away from this agency. I bought two tickets to overseas and a member of my church bought a domestic ticket, and all three of these purchases the information turned out to be different than what we entered into its website after the tickets have been issued. It seems like Justfly.com intentionally created a website that would change customers' information so that customers would call to ask for making the correction. Whenever Justfy.com makes the change, it will charge $75. I was charged twice like that. Their agents on the phone speak broken English and hard to understand. It sounds like that live in India or China. They are not knowledgeable about the system. When they did not know how to help, they promised to call back but you will never get a call from them. It is a false promise. I have used Priceline, Expedia, Orbitz and Hotwire many times but I did not have any bad experience as I have with Justfly.com. I used Justfy.com twice and my church member used once and all three of them have the same problems. What a horrible agency!
The site is easily navigated. The follow up is thorough and clear. The rates on tickets were the lowest I could find. I have used them multiple times and they are my preferred search site for travel.
They scammed me into thinking I had to purchase another flight. Their customer service is so horrible and was hung up twice, once by a supervisor. I am making it a mission of mine to tell everyone I know to not use this site. They had no problem taking my money and then cancelling my ticket, so I will make it a mission of mine to make sure they dont get anyone else's money.
Absolute nightmare of a site and company. Booked a round trip for two passengers only to have them changed for one way. Now they are currently stuck overseas with no way home. Called to figure out what happened and what the options were and it was like they were reading off a script. They were extremely rude. Told them we booked a month in advance due to a death in the family and that we put in the departure and return dates. Yet they sat there and told me to just book another flight. Told them it was an emergency. Now a child is stuck overseas with no way to get back to his mother. There is no way this is a legitimate business. They have no idea what they are doing or how to even do a simple task. It is practically a call center. This is why we booked online; did not feel comfortable to give credit card information out. They are extremely rude and hard to talk to; it was like talking to a wall. Highly unprofessional. I advise everyone to stay away. This was not the first experience with them. Had many other encounters. One of the passengers has used them multiple times because he liked the rate. But you cant pay me enough to ever use their service again.
Horrible customer service the lied On there cancellation policies Horrible when I bought my ticket same page they ask me if I won't to buy insurance I accept and I payed the insurance on my ticket but it was not insurance it was A cancellation policy on Valid for 24 hours horrible customer service I'm 50 years old.,,. Total BS. I am calling the BBB, You cant talk to anyone here, they are all foreigners and I cannot understand what they are saying. NO reason why JUSTFLY cancelled my flight. SORRY MY $#*!!
Worst company ever! Purchased 2 tickets one adult and one baby. Called to check in and was told I never bought a second ticket. I had the receipt and bank statement showing they charged me, but they said I was lying and there was nothing they could do. Didn't refund, didn't make tickets right, didnt even apologize. They are crooks that stole my money
Awful service, terrible representatives who barely speak English and total lack of understanding. I missed my flight and Justfly treated me terribly. I guess they knew they had my money so what matter to them was their mentality. I do NOT recommend the shoddy service at all and I'll never use this company again. They couldn't, wouldn't and didn't help me at all. It's the first and last time I use this truly awful service. Beware, you've been warned.
My confirmation and itinerary emailed to me stated that my departure flight was to leave at 10:04 EST from Tampa, FL. I showed up 3 hours early to be prepared in plenty of time. When I went to the counter to check in, I was told that my flight had left at 07:20 EST and I was checking in 15 minutes after that. No help from JustFly except an offer to book a new flight for 1.5 times the price of my original flight.
