I have used JustFly and purchased flight tickets a few times before. After comparing the price to some other sites, a lot of times JustFly ends up the cheapest. The only thing was that they don't have cancellation policy like other discount sites might have. So if the dates you are flying are firm JustFly is a good choice.

Thought I was getting a real deal on flights with JustFly. Paid $29.90 for seat selection, seats were listed and confirmed on my receipt. Found out 24 hours before departure that seats were not available, no one bothered to notify me, the only seats left cost me $89 each to assure that I was sitting next to my son! JustFly representatives say the $29.90 was just to request those seats and I should have confirmed it with the airline. HORRIBLE! I was able to speak to a supervisor and get the $29.90 back. However, I would have rather had the seats I chose two months ago and not have to pay $178 more at check in. A total rip-off!
Very Very Very Bad... I would not get any services from JustFly. Very bad customer support... Needed to wait for almost half an hour to get to the customer care... everytime they put me on hold fo more than 5 min to confirm something... so so so bad... I would not ever dealt with this guys at all.

Had to cancel my ticket. First they said it was fine, now they are unwilling to help. Charged me an additional 250. On top of it the actual airline said that Justfly never filed a claim with them, eventhough Justfly told me that they filed a claim. Liars and cheaters shame on the people who work at this place.
I bought 2 tickets. One from hawaiian airline and the other one from justfly. I had to cancel the flight due to car accident and summited all the medical documents they asked to get refund. Hawaiian airline helped me and solved the problem right away but justfly is not only keeping my money but also charged me another $200 from my card for cancellation fee without my permission.

It seems fine until you need to change something then they are the most unhelpful people. It is unfortunate when changes need made but most companies would help you, I wasn't even asking for a refund just a change in itinerary
Customer Service is poor at best. Fees added by them for any type of change is a double charge of what the airlines charge you for any changes to your ticket. Complete Rip off.
I purchased tickets back in Novemmber to see my gal in the philippines. I paid 800 for the flights on singapore airlines. Our petition was approved earlier than expected. I spent 2 hours on the phone because singapore airlines said they could help. They come back with a quote of 1800. 00 to reschedule the flight on top of the 800 I already paid. I have flown twice to the philippines using the jerk offs. I wish I would have just flown with Philippines Airlines to begin with $982 dollars out the door no layovers. Justfly.com you will spend days in airports on layovers. If you do save any money with them, you will end up spending your money on overpriced sub par airport food waiting for your next flight. I hate you justfly.com! Never again.

Deplorable customer service, I was lied to, over charged and hung up on by a supervisor. Company refused to take responsibility and fix their mistake. Charged me $700 for tickets and $75 for a cancellation fee for which I didn't even want to do. I called the airline directly and they were appalled. Also, prices on justfly say they are the best but the airline directly beat their price by over $75 and were MUCH better to work with
Delta has free cancellation within first 48 hours, but Justfly.com charges a cancellation fee which is hidden in the fine print at the bottom of their site (terms and conditions) on page 7 of 18! I will never use them again!
I purchased tickets for a trip for myself & two other passengers through JustFly & upon attempting to email itineraries to the other passengers flying with me I noticed that the middle name was switched with the last name of one of the travelers' even though I had verified my input of names before submitting my order. Upon calling JustFly and speaking with their intake agent who stated her name as Kris to correct this error I was told I would have to pay a fee of $70 to make the change because I did not call too correct within a 24 hour timeframe, even though nothing was clearly stated to me about a 24 hour change policy for any errors made. I explained that this was due to an error in their system, but Kris persisted that I pay the fee. Kris eventually spoke to her supervisor & offered to lower the fee to $40, which was still unacceptable due to it being their error. I asked to speak with a supervisor & Kris after arguing put me on hold for some time & then connected me with her supervisor, who stated her name as Leigh. Leigh was no more willing to help & argued that the fault was on me, but offered to lower the fee to $25. This was still, in my eyes, unacceptable, but in order to not risk my friend not being able to board our flight, I agreed to pay the fee. After agreeing to the fee, I was told I had to provide a copy of the ID of the erroneously named passenger. After asking for an explanation on why this was needed as well as clarification on whether a copy of my and the other passengers IDs were needed, Leigh hung up on me. After calling back & restating my case & info I was disconnected 3 additional times as well as being made to hold for very long periods of time. JustFly requested that I email a copy of the ID for my friend & as of the time of this writing, I have sent them two email with the photocopy attached & they have yet to acknowledge receipt of the ID, even though they had received the emails from me. As of the time of this writing, I am still on hold with JustFly & my issue is still unresolved.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
