I bought tickets on Singapore Airlines through Justfly.com and got a very good price. Then for some reason, I was forced to make a date change on my flight. I spoke with customer service and they gave me a quote of around $600 for two tickets. I agreed and they went ahead and said they would complete the change. Two days later they called me and said they could not complete the transaction as the prices had changed and charged me another almost 1000 dollars for the two tickets. Total rip-off. Avoid by all means

SCAM ALERT! Please do read the terms & conditions before booking. Even though you call in after 30 mins to change your reservation, they want to rip you off with the money. Really bad business model with the worst possible service. I'd suggest go on the airlines site and book the flight directly. STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFLY. Wish I can give them a 0. NO NO NO NO NO people - stay away.

Booked and ticket, no immediate confirmation. Weird. Got the email that night, wrong time was booked. Called and told me I booked the wrong flight and they would cancel the flight for $75.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Use Google flights for same price.

I am trying to cancel a trip for my parents because my father passed away two weeks before their scheduled departure. My parents have trip insurance, but that doesn't seem to help because in cases of death, the tickets should be refunded by the "travel agency." I have never been so horrified by customer service. They told me I had to pay $200 to cancel each ticket, and when I said that was outrageous, they offered a "one time offer" of $100 to cancel each ticket. I feel as if I'm dealing with used car salesmen. Now I'm having to provide "proof of relationship" and other documentation in addition to the death certificate. Does it matter what relationship to the travellers had?

NEVER PURCHASE FROM JUSTFLY. ALWAYS PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM AN AIRLINE.

Compre dos boletos en la pagina internet de just fly el precio era 362.45 $ y por la linea British airways... primero resulta que era operada por American Airlines... segundo el banco me cobro un fee de 10.49 $ porque ellos lo cobraron en dolares canadiences... tercero cuando llame a reclamar NO TIENEN DEPARTAMENTO EN ESPANOL imaginense asi que no les van a resolver... cuarto... el booking o el numero de reserva dela linea aerea no sale en el recibo que les dan solo el numero de booking de just fly... asi que me senti muy frustrada y enganada... Tried to cancel my flight to get the refund and they kept me on hold past the refund period and then said too late. Credit card company is currently battling with them to get my money back. Steer clear, very unethical company.

If there are ANY problems, the company will NOT help you!

Booked a family trip at 7am and at 6pm same day, same flight and dates dropped 150$ each. Won't partially refund and to cancel is 75 $ per person plus taxes even if you had bought insurance. SCAM

To anyone who wants to book cheap tickets. NEVER use justfly.com because if you make pay a $75 cancellation fee if there is a mistake. 10 minutes after booking the ticket I couldn't cancel it without this $75 dollar charge. So please share that they SUCK and I have zero intentions of EVER using them again. I made a mistake when booking the flight - I selected pm instead of am. I called them immediately and they wanted to charge me $75 to change it.

Turns out JustFly have bad programming algorithm for managing multiple leg flights and doesn't update if any change from the airlines, but somehow they still appear on most online booking sites as cheap tickets provider.

Ruined my trip and my week off from work, I planned to accompany my

On a business trip now she is staying alone in Frankfurt. I had to cancel my trip could not sort out with their customer support.

We are at the airport, wife is boarding a different airline on direct flight, my self check in didn't work, me staying in a line at Help Desk for hours, they could not find a first leg of flight, and then... the errors started unfolding.
1. I shall have a trip from Toronto to Frankfurt with connecting flight in Geneva as per SwissAir confirmation number on the ticket.
2. But, it turns out I had a layover in Montreal as well for almost 2 hours, and that info is not on the ticket anywhere. I could just buy another ticket from another source if I would see that earlier.

3. Turns out from Montreal my seats is oversold, that just now became a second leg of a 3 leg flight.

4. Calling JustFly, turns out Lufthansa cancelled my seat reservation - or oversold my seat... Lufthansa is not mentioned anywhere on the ticket. They also telling me to get back to the agency who toke my money.

5. No replacement flights in next two days, cannot get out from Toronto,

6. Wife is already in the air, me on the phone for next 3 hours - at the airport.

7. I ended up cancelling the entire trip, hoping that a $19 cancellation insurance is good enough for a full refund, as they promised a refund may arrive in 4 to 6 weeks.

Me sitting at home and calling now VISA to report them as well this my story.

HORRIBLE customer service! Duplicate charge of almost $400, calling for two months and still no refund! I've spent well over 8 hours on the phone with CS for zero resolution. They have lied to me, refused to answer questions and put me on hold for "for just 5 minutes " every time I call, Who is running this company!?!? It is entirely the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune of doing businesses with.

Justfly.com is a scam, do not book through them. I've been waiting for an answer on a refund for over 2 months. Every time I call they tell me they are still working on it and someone promises to follow up and call me back but never does. I will never book through them again.

They sell you an extended cancellation policy with the impression that "You can book with confidence" and cancel your flight without penalty if your plans change. What they don't mention is that it's only good for 24 hours, which is your right under FAA rule anyways.

The Justfly system will ramdomly select one unlucky customer and create an error on the reservation (either the date, name of the passenger, anything). When you call the customer service, they will suggest to cancel the reservation and re-book it for you, being the only way to correct the error made. Even when you asked if there are any fees, they will say no.
Then they charge 75$ per person for a cancellation, even if in the beginning, you didn't want to cancel, only for them to correct the reservation.
Good luck trying to have the fees refunded.
