I accidentally booked a wrong trip and contact them right ways. And they still charge you $75 dollars. The ticket is even less than 300 dollars. I even ask them to give me credit so I will still use there website to book the right one. All websites I went is 24HOURS free cancellation. This one really surprise me. We are group travelling with 8 ppl. Because of the disappointment we will never use this site even the rates is better!

Buy your tickets from the actual airline!. I bought a $700 a ticket to go to Europe flying with Delta for a 2 week stay. I purchased economy seats as you do on any airline and when I get to the airport found out that the ticket didn't come with luggage. Who the hell sells tickets to travel out of the country with no bags? I was told to leave my bags or miss my flight. I ended up paying an extra $1000 dollars to fly the next day! In total $1700 and justly didn't try to help or give me some of my money back or resolve the issue, or give a voucher for another flight they just said I was $#*! out of luck. They are selling cheap tickets however comes with hidden agendas and fees. I WILL NEVER USE JUSTIFY AGAIN THEY ARE THE WORST AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

Justfly.com offers "upgrades", for example to buy seats, and even allows the purchaser to "select" seats on a plane diagram; however, it's a complete trick. The buyer pays for the seats through Justfly.com but the airlines do not honor the selection. In fact, they never receive information about seat purchases. When requesting a refund for the trick seats, Justfly.com offered to cancel the reservation for $75. Do not use this discount website, they are dishonest and charge more in the end than one would have paid going direct with the airline.

Never Again.

Accidentally booked the wrong location. Called support to refund the ticket after I bought it 25 min ago, and got a $75 dollars per passenger cancellation fee. Ridiculous. Never using just fly again.

This company is awful. I booked a round trip ticket and paid an extra fee to pick my seats. I got an email a week before my trip informing me that I didn't have seats for my flights. I called and spoke to four different employees, one of which was a supervisor and they could only tell me that fee is just for them to contact the airlines and ask for the seats I chose, there is no guarantee. Now, I get to contact the airlines and pay excessive fees for the few seats that are left. I could not recommend this company any less.

I tried to use this site just fly before seeing these terrible reviews. 3 times paid for a flight to paris and 3 times they told me someone from my party cancelled the tickets 5 minutes after i paid for them. LMFAO... what s joke. Charged my amex $275 for who knows what and then wants to refund me my visa BUT I GET THE MONEY BACK IN 90 DAYS! Of all the nerve. They lied straight to my face 3 times and incapable of even putting the correct info on ticket. They put my fiance as a male on ticket and made it a party of 3 flying. Stay away from this site. A COMPLETE JOKE..

Avoid at all cost!

Awful! Don't book through them! My outgoing flight was canceled due to bad weather and there were no other flights out so I was no longer in need of the return flight. I called to find out about getting a refund and was put on hold for 25 min and finally gave up! I called back and was on hold for another 20+ minutes and was told sorry there's nothing they can do! And when I asked to speak to a manager I was again put on hold and then hung up on! This is my first and last time using justfly!

It's an awful company

I couldn't use my ticket, so I wanted a reimburse. But they will not reimburse any ticket, even when I had insurance. They wanted me to pay $300 to change the date. I'm pretty upset with them

Too bad, I can't give them 0 stars because I would! They will not reimburse any ticket, even when you have insurance! I love how they are constantly saying I'm sorry for the inconvenience, yet they don't help solve the issue! DON'T BUY@ JUSTFLY!

Absolute fraud

Booked a flight with option to cancel. When the situation didn't allow me to use my flight with all insurance's they wanted 200 dollars just to get my un used flight taxes back.to which I was entitled to. They wanted 200 dollars on 216dollars taxes. I just walked away.to never ever do any business with JUST FLY.com.run away if you see JUST FLY.COM

I booked a flight, purchased flight insurance because the flight was 3 weeks away. The flight was on the just fly site for less than half the price 3 days later. When I tried to use the insurance to get the lower price, I was told that I was charged to select my seat not the insurance. Then 5 days after my 45" ordeal with just fly I got an email saying I am able to purchase flight insurance now. They're crooks!

I booked a ticket the Computer kicked the Date to next Wrong Date. I called immediately within 10 minutes when I received the email. I called they promised a full refund. They are withholding a cancellation fee (there glitch) and seat assignment fees.

I have called twice and they are refusing the rest of the refund! DO NOT USE this company. This is NOT Legal.

According to the U.S. Department of Transportation, you can cancel a non-refundable ticket and receive a full refund of any airfare booked in the United States, without cancellation fees or penalties, as long as you booked your ticket seven days ahead of your flight and you do so within 24 hours of booking.

I booked a flight to Cuba in January - when I purchased the ticket on the justfly site along with the travel insurance - no where it was stated that the travel insurance would not cover my trip to Cuba... Today I need to cancel my trip and they told me that the travel insurance is a separate company and that they do not cover trips to cuba, which the justfly company fails to advise when booking and paying for the trip on their site. It's a deceiving company... Please do not use third party booking companies like this - it might be appealing due to their prices, but in the end when you actually have a good reason for not being able to travel, they don't take it in consideration but most important of all, they charge you for a service that in the end they're not going to give you - in my case not able to get a refund for my flight to cuba when I purchased the travel insurance. Their customer service people just gives you the run around. Not worth it!

Negative Experience and Questionable Customer Service Care.
We gave our info via phone and purchased 2 Tickets to Italy with a very hard to understand foreign Representative for Just Fly.com, who
Spoke very fast and hard to understand, I spelled my name for her and she typed my name in incorrectly. (I said cc and she typed ct), when they sent me the confirmation, I noticed her mistake, when I called back they charged me $75.00 more for her mistake. I threatened to cancel and they said they would charge me a stiff cancellation fee for 2 tickets. I've been spelling my own name for many many years! They charged $75.00 and still not resolved.

Worst Experience

Justfly did not help for re-booking after the flight that Justfly sold us and got paid for was canceled twice. They refused to reimburse us and did not find another flight. They just keep sending us emails that we need to contact the airline. But the airline (Westjet... also the worst airline on the planet) told us since we bought our ticket through JUSTFLY they are responsible for any re-booking.

I tried booking three tickets, and it changed when booking 3 vs 2 tickets. So i booked 2 tickets at $537, then tried to book 1 ticket by itself and the price jumped to $1264. So i had to book one of the legs at a slightly different. But after couple of hours, I saw the flight that i wanted at less than $537. So I called customer service to cancel. They tried to defer my cancellation as I tried calling them three times, each time I spoke with the rep for about 30-40mins. By the time it was the last call, I had ran out of 24 hour window, so I couldn't cancel even with penalty.

These guys are involved in price gouging.
