KEEP AWAY from this company. We booked an international flight, price was good. Then we noticed that they spelled our name incorrectly on the ticket. We called to correct it, and they demanded that we pay $200 to cancel the ticket, that they messed up on. They then wanted us to pay $500 more to issue a new ticket! Pathetic.

This company is not ethical or consumer friendly. Stick with a better company, or use a travel agent. Justfly.com is without a doubt, the worst experience we have ever experienced in our global travel bookings.

Terrible service. Wanted to make corrections the name on the flight. Lied to me at first. Then charged me a full ticket price again.

CANCELLATION SCAM: on the site it says I have to pay 75 dollars fee per ticket for cancellation. In fact, you lose entire ticket.

I book a flight saying that it was nonstop! When I got there at the airline told us that they don't have nonstop to my destination!... bad advertisement from this airline! Also the customer service is a joke! They put me in hold for hours and transfer me to one person to another.

Stay away! It's a classic bait and switch and the customer service is completely useless. So basically you click on your fare, and you book it at price that is being displayed. The fare is the same up to the point where you enter the CC at which point the price changes, of course, upward. If you don't pay attention, you end up paying hundreds of dollars more than what you thought you were buying.

Don't book with them. I made the mistake of booking 2 tickets and purchasing insurance and they DID NOT do what they said! I lost $900. SCAMMERS! Run fast

I purchased the tickets and I paid extra for the preferred seats, i got a confirmation email for the reservation and it stated i did not have any preferred seats but they still charged me. I contacted the 1800 number and i was on hold for 30 minutes and rep comes back on the line puts me back on hold and hanges up. I called again and rep states they were having tech issues with website and that is why my preferred seats did not go thrugh, so I asked if they could add it and send me an email but rep said they could not do it. So when I asked them to cancel the tickets due that they could not give me what i paid for the rep with her broken english stated they could not give me a full refund! Even thought it was their error and i had called the same day I booked the reservation! TERRIBLE SERVICE, WORST EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.

My experience has been similar to others. I was lured by the very low price. I booked three months ago and was immediately told of some "problem" with the reservation. I called and was told it was all clear. Then, I received several emails trying to sell me flight Insurance or otherwise telling me to prepare for the flight. With 4 days to go, I decided to check my reservations with the airlines, They were cancelled. Justfy held my money for three months. They refunded it last week but did not inform me of the refund or that my flight was canceled. I rebooked with the airline at FOUR times the original cost. When I called to complain they hung up on me once and then refused to show me proof that they forwarded my reservation and payment to the airline. I hope there is a class action. This is a shady practice.

It has been a nightmare experience with them. Their customer service is an absolute joke where you end up spending 30 minutes on hold only for them to come back and say they cant assist you. I wanted to modify a reservation which I could not ultimately however they made me call them every 24 hours to hear the same that they cant see the fare change. They had restrictions which they never disclosed and in the end wanted me to contact the airlines to disclose the restrictions. I will never book again with them and would strongly advise to not use these unprofessional scammers.

Ok, I understand things happen and are subject to change, but to have it happen for BOTH(!) of our bookings is just outrageous. Booked tickets for two trips a while ago, and right before both of the trips we receive email saying that a part of our trip has been cancelled. They constantly change connections and would not cooperate or offer an upgrade for inconvenience. Scammers, worst experience ever! We've been on the phone almost entire day trying to get our money back for cancelled flight. Such a shame!

SCAMMERS! Don't do my mistake! This company is ABSOLUTE SCAM!

I wanted to book a flight Miami - Paris but this company sold me a ticket Miami-Madrid. I received a confirmation email from them for a initial flight Miami-Paris then I received an email from Airfrance confirming my flight Miami- Madrid next day!

They debited $1033 from my account for this ticket. I called them, they told me that it's not refundable and it's not possible to change it. The agent was very rude and told me "Buy another ticket if you want to go in Paris!" Awful customer service.

I opened a claim for a fraud, my bank is investingating. I will also report it to police. This scams have to stop cheat people and steal money. I have all the proofs and confirmation emails.

I booked a ticket with them for $1200 got an email confirmation and the price changed to $1700. They also restricted the booking and hid the booking price from airline so airline can't do anything. Tried to cancel within 48 hrs. Was told I can't... once they get your money they don't even want to talk to you. Never ever use.

The most dishonest travel agency. Look for chances to take money from you. I lost 800 dollars and I am a student. When i had time to cancel the ticket, they said they will reimburse in another ticket. Now they are asking for extra $600. Please do not book through them.

I booked a flight this morning. I must have accidentally clicked on the wrong date. As I was sure that I won't change the flight, I did not request the 24hour cancellation insurance. At the end a window indicated "check your itinerary and book". I clicked on it to see my itinerary and to confirm the right date and time. Instead, it booked my flight. I noticed that I was a day off and called the helpline within less than 60 seconds. They told me that changing the date would be too expensive and I am better off paying a $35 cancellation fee and re-booking. What a rip-off! There is no way that within 60 seconds my booking was already processed and could not be reverted, yet they want to make money, so they told me there is nothing they can do. Sure, clicking the wrong date was my fault, but every airline allows 24-hour cancellation for free. Never again will I use their site/services!

Booked travel they are dishonest and supervisors will only back up employee vs look into it. The agent booked flight and stated changes were made gave me detail then confirmed confirmation number stays the same. He did not make the change and I wasted hours. The supervisor was horrible might as well have been a recording. I asked the recording of call where he changed flight to be reviewed she said I don't need to I see notes! In end hours wasted a lot of frustration and they did nothing I ended up stuck with old flight.

Book direct with airlines I have over 500 flights in life never have I had such a horrible experience.

I cannot get any help from Justfly.com about making a name correction. They want to charge me $75. I told them that JetBlue(who is the ultimate ticket holder) said it is easy to do and no charge. They kept me on hold for 30 minutes to talk to a Supervisor. Then I got disconnected. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Worst Service Ever

We booked our flight, once, through JustFly and received our confirmation. An hour later, we received a cancellation email when we never cancelled our flight. AFTER receiving a confirmed itinerary. So we called JustFly and booked another flight through the phone with a customer representative. We got a confirmation by mouth AND also received a confirmation number in our email. Everything was great. Our flight was for May 15th. On May 13th, I received a email saying "your trip to Denver is coming up, purchase add on's!" Of course, this meant everything was still good to go. Today, on May 15th, we went to the airport and went to the ticket counter to check in. The agents at the counter told us that they do not have a reservation for my partner and I. We called JustFly, and they said they cancelled our flight 3 weeks ago. I never received an email, never received a call. What kind of customer service does this? Such a $#*!ty service!
