I purchased 3 tickets over the phone to Philippines in FEBRUARY 10,2019. Today I received an email saying that our itinerary has been changed by Air Canada... I contacted Justfly.com and waited almost an hour to speak to the agent and I told them not change the date of my flight and she said I have to phone back after a week to confirm my itinerary.

I want to share the horrible experience I had with the travel agent website JustFly. I made a LAX-DEL booking on JustFly (Booking Number: 141-961-852) on 31-Mar-2019 for 4 passengers and paid $3146. But, couple of months later, today 3-Jun-2019, I had to consider canceling it due to some unforeseen circumstances. Next, I go to the JustFly booking online and hit Cancel Booking option. It shows there is $200 cancellation penalty per passenger amounting to $800 total penalty for 4 passengers and I will be getting a refund of $2346. I show it to my wife to get her consensus and confirm the cancellation. I waited for few minutes to get the cancellation email. Email arrives in my inbox. As soon as I open and read it, I am shocked to read that my refund amount is $1546... which is further $800 less than what it showed me prior to the cancellation online. I immediately call JustFly. I did not tell the customer support executive that I had already cancelled my booking and asked what would be my refund if I were to cancel it. She says "you would be refunded $2346". But when she came to know that I had already cancelled it and will be getting $1546 only, she said... by the way... there is an additional $200 per passenger penalty for cancellation charged by JustFly. I tell her this additional penalty was not mentioned online. I try explaining her multiple times but to no avail. I then ask her to transfer the call to her manager. After a long wait, I get connected to the manager. I explain him the whole story and requested consideration of "Either refunding $800 additional fee that was not shown online, Or, reinstating my cancelled booking." Manager says reinstatement of the cancelled booking is not possible and in order to consider the refund request, he further asks me to provide a screenshot of the page showing the refund amount $2346. Unfortunately, I did not have it and after a long patient conversation I had to end the call again to no avail.
I have made up my mind to boycott JustFly instantly. I request all the readers to beware and boycot JustFly.
I purchased 7 tickets from Fort Lauderdale to Kingston and purchased the extended 24hrs Cancellation Insurance Policy, which means I can cancel within 24hrs for any reason and only get charged the insurance fees.
I cancelled within 24hrs Justfly canceled 2 of the 7 tickets and now won't refund the other 5 ticket charge.
They first denied I purchased the insurance and has gone through every excuse in the book. The most recent is I purchased non refundable tickets.
Ok so why did I am i only being charged for 5 of the 7 tickets that are on the same reservation?
They are criminals DON'T BOOK WITH THEM. Expedia.com has never done this to me and I fly at least 5 times a year.
I might have to take this to court and will gladly spend more than the ticket price to prove a point that this is unacceptable.

Bought tickets, then they changed the departure time by a hour and half. Now we cant make our next flight. Asked if we could get a refund for that part of our trip as we had to buy another ticket from a different airline to get to that next flight. But we would use the return ticket. They wouldn't and they said if we didn't show up for the departure ticket it would cancel out the return ticket! So we had to purchase all new tickets, out the money! How is that even legal? What a terrible company!

I booked a flight through JustFly via Kayak.com and I selected the time I needed to fly to Florida. The website then switched the time of my departure as soon as I went through with the payment transaction. I immediately called to cancel or switch the flight and JustFly said that I needed to pay them a 75$ fee in order to cancel the flight that I hadn't even selected! I told them they needed to waive the 75$ but the best they could do was charge me 37.50 instead. I asked the representative which corporation owned the company was so I could directly get in touch and amend this issue and he said he couldn't divulge that information. Then he hung up on me! His name was Dante. Absolutely horrible company. NEVER USE THEM.

When scheduling a flight they change the layout of filters especially when choosing non-stop, when you go in one time, its listed

The only reason we used JustFly was because they offered seat assignments for our overseas flights. So we booked and got our seat assignments. Guess what? The seat assignments disappeared and we could not get seat assignments until we got to the airport for our 1st segment of the flight, maybe not even until the actual flight! I will never use Justfly again.
They have very nasty costumer service in case you want to change your flight. They will rub you. That's their mission.
After paying my flight, I have received a new charge - which I did not authorize of 89 USD for service fee?. Then my flight was changed, and even though i have paid 89 USD for a service I did not receive, when I request for some support I was gave only one alternative. They will cancel my flight and return my money back in 6-8 weeks... but still they will keep the 89USD. I am not even sure this is legal... in Europe it is not. How can I complain and request my money back? Thanks

They took the money off my credit card and never sent the ticket. They then created so many customer service hurdles than the $200 ticket was not worth my time to chase after. Mailed the credit card statement and the claim but never heard back from them.
Awful awful awful! Paid $460 for exit row seating we ended up not getting. The airline said (& showed me documentation to support it) that they never received the money for the seats from Justfly. On several calls to customer service (hahahahaha) I was put on eternal hold. No resolution. Ridiculous & horrible customer service.
First of all, I would book directly with the airlines, or with something called "Hoptoit", which is an app, that will search for the best air prices, but does not "sell the tickets" Beware of ticket sellers/ third party vendors. JustFly will play games, and claim hidden fees. When I saw the "cheap tickets, and paid using my debit card, they charged my card, and then send me an email, that I still needed to pay $23 dollar "transportation fees". There is no "refund within 24 hours rule", since that is an airline rule, and you are not buying from an airline. Do not book with JustFly. They will charge you hidden fees.
I would never ever book with them again. It has been a nightmare dealing with them. I booked a flight for CAD 631 and when I canceled it I paid charges of 400 and end up with CAD 231 as a refund. My advice from such experience: Use such sites to know the cheapest flight and book it from the airline directly and never ever deal with a site without seeing its review. The site should have 0 stars. I purchased tickets over the phone to Berlin. The agent verified and confirmed several times that the flight i purchased included baggage allowances. Upon receiving confirmation i see that there weren't any and i called. The agents are worthless and the supervisor Ace (which is more worthless than the agent). Would not even acknowledge their fault. I will NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I booked my flight I paid $40 for the extended cancellation policy I called a hour later speaking to someone that couldn't even understand my English and stated this information is inaccurate she said ok we can switch it then all of a sudden all sorts of extra fees would apply meanwhile they charged me $40 for the cancellation so nothing should apply and said I'm locked in and there was nothing they can do complete scam don't get fooled watch before you book I would not use it recommend this company to anyone I was held on the phone for over a hour called back again and then was told well you needed to do it before 11:59 the prior day I told them I did I asked the female to do it and she said no I would be charged after I paid for the coverage a hour after I booked I asked do you not screen your calls yes we do we'll go back and check I can send you proof well sorry sir. The policy and customer service at JustFly deserves this 1-star rating. I was in an accident and unable to fly due to 9 broken ribs and a pneumothorax. Even with a number of medical notes, JustFly was unable to even budge on their "no cancellation policy, even for medical emergencies". Thank you for stealing my $1,300.
Scammers I would give o stars if I could! I booked a flight for my son for a night flight and when I paid and it booked it switched to a morning flight, I called to switch it back and they said sure that will be $57 more! I said that is wrong! Your site switched my flight. Just cancel it which was all in a matter of 5 minutes! I was told ok you will get a full refund in about 3 days. I called back in 4 days, lets just say this went on for over a month and they enjoyed playing games with me knowing full well they were not going to refund me my money. So let me make it easy for the rest of you because I did get my money back right after I did some research and filed a complaint and I don't want to see anyone go through the aggravation I did so go to the website checkbca.org and they should help.
