You will get what you pay for. Horrible layovers, seats, and extra fees if THEY make a mistake on your reservation. You confirmed for them to change your last name and they say they did, but when it's too late, you find out that they never ended up changing it.

Without a hitch!

After I booked my daughter's and my flight from Nashville to Amsterdam I read some horrible reviews and was a little nervous. Everything was perfect in both directions. I highly recommend Justfly and will definitely use this company again for future travels :)

If i could give them zero starts i would. Don't fall for their cheap price. I called to modified my flight 3 hrs after i had purchased, after speaking to a customer agent for over an hour and asking multiple times what was my final price before i said yes to the mofication. She said final price would ve 1k which was around the price i had originally paid. A month later after reviewing my account they charge me double saying it was fees and stuff. The representative that i talked never mention additional fees even after asking her multiple times. The customer service was horrible. Talking on the phone over 2 hours. I rather pay a little extra than dealing with this horrible service again.

Never book with Justfly because if sometimes goes wrong they will never help you and they will put you on hold for hours. We travel often and we never had such bad service as with Justfly. We were flying to Kathmandu from Vancouver and we were never able to take our flights. They were hiding from us a stop over in Nanjing, China. Our tickets only showed a layover in Kunming, China. It was never shown on our E-ticket nor on our boarding pass that we had a second stop in China. Because of that second stop, we were gonna be in China for 24 h and 40 minutes. This is 40 minutes too long if you don't have a Chinese visa. It was impossible for us to know that we needed a Chinese visa because it wasn't showing anywhere on our reservation. Justfly offered nothing, no help, no refund, no transfer of flights. They were useless and they hung up on us when we ask to talk with a supervisor.

I had booked travel through Justfly for an international travel. A month in to the booking one of legs of travel by a particular airline was cancelled as that particular airline was no longer in business.
Here are the problems with Justfly:
1. Its takes forever to get connected to Justfly to reschedule (they have way little staff for this than they do for sales)
2. They take 6 to 8 weeks to send you a refund even though it might not be your fault
3. They tried many options for me (remember this was more than 3 months before my travel date) and for every change they needed permission form the airline and they get rejected most of the time.
4. They put you on eternal hold and have a policy never to call back or call back to give you an update.
5. their call center seems like is in Philippines and communications are extremely difficult.
6. Customer service after you paid for the ticket is extremely awe full.

I will never ever deal or buy an air ticket from Justfly.com.

We paid a canceletion fee, but we can't cancel the flight, its work for 24 hours onlyyy.Its make NO SENSE, its a scam, becarefull! Look for another company or you can lose your money like me

I went through this travel agency because they had the best price for the flight dates that I needed at the last minute. JustFly charged me an amount and said that was the price for both airlines. On top of what I paid JustFly, airlines charged me their own fees. I paid for the trip insurance and JustFly would not honor it nor refund my money. The ticket price with what JustFLy charged me, plus what the two airlines tacked on came out to be $378.60. This was supposed to be a $170.00 fee for both airlines with no hidden fees. One airline would only give me a credit. The other airline told me it was JustFly's responsibility to refund the money. I'm now out $151.30. Do not use this travel agency. Customer service was nasty as was the manager. I could have bought a round trip ticket for $172.00 on my own through Delta. Do not book through this Co. They don't even honor the trip insurance.

I purchase a flight from Chicago to Houston for $142,56. On the next day you cancel my flight and on web site price rice to $290
It is terrible experience. They cancel and sell it for more money. Customer service TERRIBLE. I asked to search flight, agent named Kat asked me 5 times same questions and acted as she asking for first time. 5 times my phone number 5 times dated and time for departure or arrival. After that she gives me totally different dates and time! What? Will never use again. Bank blocked my card because they charger me several times different amounts and a lot of $1 purchases. Now I'm without my credit card

Very poor customer service. Even manager hung up the phone middle of the conversation. They don't follow the basic norms of customer service. Worse customer service ever experience in my life. I have spent more than 4 hours in phone conversation for single issue but still never solved. Just hunger for money money money. Never recommend justfly.com.

This company is worst I have ever seen there customer services is call center where they put you on hold hoping you will hang up so they can blame you if you call. Girls sound like asian brothel. Very polite, but they can't do nothing. This company is abusing oversea worker to cover up the faud travel insurance and booking. Pay little extra its worth it.

Insurance is for 24 hour cancelling not for the trip emergency. They dont tell you when you buying ticket. I booking was 4 to 5month in advance. I called customer due to first name incorrect with in 10 min of conformation. He did not change any thing. Now 3 month later they are saying airline rules. Cant make change and wont admit to representative why change was made. Over see call center. Do not use this company. You might get good deal. But make sure get every thing right there is no room for correction.

FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS! They beat around the bush in every way possible. They messed up the name on the name on the ticket? Your fault. Pay 75 bucks to fix it? That will fix the ticket one way. Pay an additional 75 to fix the ticket for the way back. Extra, unexplained charges. 'Managers' don't help in any way. 'Refundable' tickets aren't refundable. Stay far, far away from this BS company.

Booked trip and within one hour needed to cancel. They wanted to charge me 75$ Crooks. It is against the law to charge a fee within 24 hours of cancelling a flight. If I could give them NO Stars I would.

Horrible Service

Tried to resolve an issue with my itinerary (one THEY initiated!) for 2 months, finally had to get Amex involved to dispute the charge. Although they kept saying they would call me back, no one ever did. I will NEVER use them again.

I booked a flight for $72 and my card was charged $124. When I called and said I wanted a refund they told me I would be charged $75 to cancel. They were so rude and will NEVER have my business again. Book with ANYONE else. This company is a complete joke.

Don't use JustFly

We just used JustFly which was a member of Kayak.com. We flew to Costa Rica and back. I picked the only two flights that were nonstop. My itinerary states nonstop there and back. Going we had Delta, which was fine. But coming back, we stopped in Guatemala from Costa Rica! I asked the airlines, Avianca, if this was some sort of emergency or if this was unusual. She told me that they don't have direct flights to LAX. It always stops in Guatemala!
