Had to cancel flight for medical emergency and they kept giving me the run around. 2 days on the phone with while injured and laying in hospital and they gave me the hardest time! Will never book with them again! They suck! Still never got refund!
It is a terrible experience with using JustFly for ordering fly ticket. After schedule changed, JustFly refuses to help on booking another flight. And, it took more than 10 hrs to cancel the current booking which has a changed fly schedule and does not fit our schedule. We even have to call the airline and get the airline agency to talk to JustFly directly to cancel the flight which we cannot go due to the changed schedule.
Total scam. I paid $60 each way to reserve my seats, only to find out that my seats are in fact not reserved. They then offered to refund $15 per seat, which is what they say I paid. The receipt shows absolutely nothing like what I agreed to when I reserved. I just spent 75 minutes on the phone trying to solve the problem, with no success at all. Customer service is horrible. Will never use them again, and I would highly discourage anyone to book with them.
I have a really unpleasant experience with your company and staff. They putting me on hold for hours. I have a genuine problem that I am not able to make this trip because of visa issue with the Pakistan embassy. I am not able to provide the required documentation to the Pakistan embassy in order to get a visa. I booked my tickets from your website from July 27 to Aug 17. There is sufficient time to resale the ticket for the airline and for the travel agents. I call and inform justfly about my situation that I have some issues in getting a visa, I want to cancel my tickets for a full refund. Talked to one of the supervisors her name was Stacy and she said that I will do one-time exception to get you a full refund. She told me to follow up with her in 48 hours and will refund my money. Last night I got an email from just fly around midnight to call them back urgently. So I did call them midnight and they put me on hold for hours and spoil my night. However, they were not able to answer and hang up on me. I called them today this morning and spoke to Jason his ID NO 3899, he didn't know how to talk and help the client. He was harsh and threatening me that whatever you want to do it I am not going to refund your money. He did not have any ethics to talk and resolve the problem. I would like to take a serious step and resolve my issue with a full refund of my ticket. I am also attaching the link for Pakistan embassy for there visa requirement. Which they require an invitation and CNIC card photocopy of the sponsored person. Which I don't have it and I am not able to get the visa.
If you are not helping me out I will file a claim with a small claim court that your are fail to provide customer satisfaction with your service and threatening your customer.

I could not get a refund or some of my money back on a flight that is not due for me to leave until August and here it is June. Wow
I don't like when companies take your money and tell you they don't care what you have going on in your life. (Figure of speech) you can't get your money back! Bad business and I just don't like how they do business.
I booked my rescheduled flight and they took advantage of that situation to scam me with more money to get my flight. Plus screwed me of my flight and lost two days of my one week vacation. Very very disappointed and very Unhappy. I will never used them again. Scammers!
The price for 2 tickets even after a 'booking' charge was still pretty good. However I had to cancel one of the tickets. The airline said they would give the credit back to me, with a use by date but I had to go through Just Fly. I called Just Fly. Their policy is "we can't do that". If the airline is willing to do it why can't Just Fly? If you absolutely are positive that nothing will change Just Fly is an average booking agent, I have used them before. If something changes I feel your pain.
If I could zero I would! I bought a ticket to D. C. just fly has a 24 hour cancellation policy, I also bought the flight insurance. I called them 9 hours after I bought my tickets. I simply wanted to extend my trip by a day with the exact same flight for the exact same price 1 day later. I was told my insurance nor their policy would allow me to make this change. They then asked me for $75 to cancel the flight so I can re book it. I obviously was confused how my insurance nor their policy would not be able to be applied to correct this simple situation. I asked for their supervisor, he refused to put them on. Next thing you know he says well I can cancel the flight for $37... where the hell did that number come from? Eventually I agreed just to get this ridiculous situation to come to an end. I will never use justfly again, I will bad mouth and protest you bastards till the day I die!

Them to tell me all they did was a request and not even have a seat confirmed for me. These people suck and anyone out there looking to save money for a plane ticket, spend the extra cash to go to a RELIABLE travel agency. Do not waste your time looking on their website!

I book the flight from Miami to live on for three people and just fly.com. I received a confirmation with all the restrictions. Nowhere did the baggage fee was mentioned. Upon arriving at the airport I was informed by American Airlines dead to upon arriving at the airport I was informed by American Airlines that the fee for each bag was 60.00$. I've contacted justly in Philippines... heavy accent, unhelpful, refused to transfer to US or to even give her name. And That was the supervisor! Horrible experience! Never again! Beware of hidden charges!

I'm 54 years old and I've never written an online review, but the disservice I just received from JustFly is finally getting me to help others avoid a terrible company. My kids fly on their own all the time and I usually book through the airline itself. This time I thought I'd try to save some money, but I just lost everything because they booked the flight in my name rather than my child's. This was not an autofill mistake, as I am meticulous in filling out the reservation forms. I did make the mistake of not carefully reviewing the confirmation that Justfly sent out, but I've never had this type of problem beforelesson learned. Avoid this company at all cost!
Someone used my credit card after booking online. Called customer service. Very rude and refused help. Luckily credit card company will take care of. DO NOT USE. SCAM
Just fly made a mistake when writing my husband name, they added my second name to his booking, I kindly asked them to correct the mistake by simple removing my name from his name, they just said they can't do nothing about it, now because this negligent company we are loosing our money

Their customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced. It is not worth it. We are traveling with 3 other families. 2 used Expedia and one used Orbitz when our flight was unexpectedly changed by the airline both Expedia and Orbitz were on it and offered those families vouchers for the trouble as it ruined some of our travel plans. Justfly did nothing, not even work with the airline for the change. I had to call and deal with the airline myself and rearrange my flights with no help from justfly. All I got from justfly was horrible customer service and lots of time on hold. DO NOT USE, I would recommend Expedia or Orbitz over them.
The price they list in their website are a joke. When you Select a price and time you are ready to pay price goes up significantly without any add on.
If you customers service they will they will tell you just pay the amount before it goes up higher.

Justfly is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. I previously booked a ticket from Chicago to Amsterdam through justfly. They set me with a layover in JFK airport. My flight was delayed 3 hours due to plane maintenance, I missed my connecting flight and was stranded in the airport for 18 hours and after spending 5 hours talking to various customer service representatives (the airlines and justfly) eventually came out of my own pocket for another ticket to fly international from JFK to Amsterdam. Worst experience ever.
Booking can be stressful, tiring, and expensive altogether. When seeing and looking into Justfly, it's just a wolf in sheep's clothing. On the outside, it looks like a good deal and website but really horrible. While looking for a flight and found the one I was looking for, $615.30 turned into $635.25 for both my child and me. In question, I thought there was supposed to be a discount, I called customer service. I asked the question " Why was 12 years old counted as an adult?" got transferred through three people just to find an answer. I got transferred to what seemed to be the manager. I asked her the same question to get a very rude reply of " When a 12-year-old is accompanied by an adult, it's an adult, but without a guardian, it's considered a minor." Before this, I went through some digging and found the 2-13 for the airline I'm going to is considered a child. I asked her "Even when the website for the airline clearly states that 2-13 is considered a child?" She said, " Yes, that's how the website is designed." " If you try to say that a person that is 12 years old on the child fill, the transaction won't go through." "And if you don't like that, fill on the original website.", knowing the number one reason for the website is to find a cheaper option. Not wanting to argue anymore said bye and hung up. I really do envy the people who got a good result from this website.
I booked a flight through Justfly and the price of ticket was $260.00. I got 2. Never was there anything stating there was extra fees. When I looked at statement after booking was done. I was charged $1420. 00. I looked at my credit card and 2 charges were from united and Justfly added on 4 of their own charges. 2 of only $1 and one for 305.90 and one for 274.00. I tried to call and complain and I was told it was confusing and they would have to investigate. They charged me a discounted rate of $98 to cancel the tickets. Will NEVER go through them again total Scam!
Air Portugal charged us 95 euros on our return trip to Boston to book 1 bag. This was never disclosed at the time of booking and increased the cost of the flight over 10%. They told me I should have researched this with the airline before I left.

I'v never left a review on any travel agent before, but this is the worst experience ever. I cannot believe their customer service. They put me on hold first time for a whole hour, and second time I just hang up after being on hold for 20 min.
During the booking of the flight, it said I had two checked bags included (see photo attached), but when I got the confirmation from the airline, it said no bags. So, that's why I called and they were unwilling to help and I just wish I had read other people's reviews before using them. I will certainly never use JustFly again.
