They have the cheapest tickets esp with good flights like Delta airways.Its a great thing they partner with Affirm. I got my tickets on credit with no interest or very low interest.

Online is fairly simple to reserve a flight. Calling sometimes gets you a better deal, but you are not always given true answers. I was told I had seats reserved for my round trip flights and I paid extra to reserve seats for each direction. When I received confirmation, seats were only reserved for one direction. I spent an hour on the phone trying to get reserved seats. I finally cancelled that reservation because they could not guarantee my seats. Then they wanted to charge me. $75 cancellation fee. I had to argue over that to get the fee removed. It was a headache.

Booking with JustFly is a quick and easy process with no hidden fees, and using their website feels safer and more official than most competitors offering affordable flights. Managing my booking after purchasing was also very simple to do. My only qualm came as I tried to check-in online for my Norwegian flight and received an error and further instruction that I must check-in at the airport instead. This cost me time and inconvenience before my flight. However, this could have been an issue that's specific to the airline and not a processing error made by JustFly's system. Despite the mishap, everything worked out in the end and my flight was satisfactory.
