I travel with a service dog. There was no way to indicate this on JustFly website and when I talked to a representative prior to purchasing the ticket I was assured they would take care of it. When I called the airline to confirm after I purchased the ticket they said JustFly had booked the ticket wrong and JustFly either needed to call the Trade Support Line or cancel the ticket and re-book it.
At first JustFly representatives claimed they were unable to call and all communication with the airline had to be via email.
Was promised updates on the status but was never called by anyone. I had to call them to get any updates on any progress which was always none. They just sat on it with no follow up or any pro-active attempts to correct their mistake.
They were willing to cancel the ticket but would charge me over half the price of the ticket for doing so, despite the airline itself willing to waive their fees.
It took 7 DAYS of me constantly calling JustFly to find someone who was capable of making an outgoing call to the airline to fix the problem.
A problem which could have been corrected on the first day in minuets had someone actually picked up a phone and called the airline's dedicated Trade Support Line established for just such issues.
Excellent. I was happy to be able to find a flight to accomodate my needs at a very reasonable rate and allows me to fly out of Melbourne opposed to going to Orlando. Very happy.
I was told that for my request ( wheelchair, vegetarian meal, choice of seats) I have to call the airlines 3 day before the flight for confirmation. Usually I did everything online.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
