After a previously great experience on Justfly, I was glad to use them again to book a round-trip ticket to El Paso. The reservation went through fine, but when I got the confirmation and e-ticket, the charge was over $1,000 for the $300-400 ticket! After speaking to customer service rep. I booked a flight to Europe from the phone and not online.
The ticket, although long haul with British ( on their long haul the ticket includes 1 checked baggage) this ticket did not include checked luggage. They did not inform me, they did not alert me that I needed to check baggage. By the time they sent me the confirmation I had paid and it was a non refundable ticket.
They ARE NOT TRANSPARENT- and I am going to contact my lawyer because of their business policy.
They do not disclose on the phone that you need to verify your baggage allotment with the airlines. Over all BUYER BEWARE you are better off using another booking site that's more transparent.

JustFly is a well constructed website. It finds many flight options and allows you to refine your search and uncheck options you don't want. It finds the cheapest options and considers days around your chosen dates. However, if checked baggage is going to be an additional charge then you won't find out from JustFly until you purchase the tickets.
This was the cheapest of all the sites.
Booking was efficient and I ended up saving a bundle.

Justfly is one of two sites I always consult when looking for a flight. They have innovative ways to get good deals, and often have a flight or price I can't as easily find elsewhere. The filters are very useful. The design is unobtrusive and very usable and light and quick, even on a mobile phone.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
