Had to attempt to purchase flight multiple times. Justfly claimed that the airline didn't accept Discover, despite the fact that I've used Discover before with Spirit, and half the transaction went through. Then, the fare "expired" during my transaction and I had to pay an additional cost for the same flight. Ended up with several different charges over two different cards that I'll have to double-check that the charge-backs are issued appropriately. Service also continued to push purchasing a reserved seat and travel insurance after I had already declined. Not exactly enticed to make a regular account with Justfly, will seek alternatives in the future.
I use them several times if you use the optional seat selection through them it will cost you for the seats however, this is not mean anything you will still have to by the seats through the airline
Spacious and clean in the city center. Walking distance from just about anything. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
I greatly appreciate finding your website in your app. After a very long time single and in Illinois, I have met a wonderful woman in Denver, and because now I am saving hundreds of dollars a year over being kinda taken advantage of by travel agents, I can use the savings towards making special moments with her. Just Fly could be a fine for booking airfare; however, be warned that when I booking travel insurance, they quoted a price, after the booking is completed and paid for by credit card, an email was sent out that I needed to contact them regarding the travel insurance. The price quoted was NOT what I had to pay, they increased the price AFTER the credit card was processed. I had to call back and pay more money in order to complete the booking. When I asked for a supervisor, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. Not good customer service or pricing.

It was pretty easy to book with this site. It was my first time using it and it clearly displays when extra options/costs could be added or turned down. The process was simple and straightforward.
I booked tickets for $ 130. The next day they canceled my tickets. I called the support service, they did not explain anything and offered to buy tickets for $ 200. I never got any confirmation mail.

The process of buying these tickets was very straightforward. The only reason I did not give 5 starts was because when I had completed the transaction, the site said that the payment had not gone through and that there were no other tickets available for this price. Thankfully, I checked my email and I received the flight confirmation for the tickets I had just purchased. However, the discrepancy in the information (email vs. website) was a bit jarring, and really should be fixed for future customers.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
