Don't pay extra for seleted seat because eventually it depen on the airline where they want you to sit. And you might not get the money back from agency. This is really bad!
Airlines are required to give passengers 24 hours of free cancellation. Expedia and Priceline offer 24 hours of free cancellation. Justfly announces 24 hours of cancellation-- and conceals the fact that they will charge you HEAVILY for taking advantage of what is normally a free service. This is profoundly unethical. DO NOT USE JUSTFLY.

I'm glad I was able to book a round trip for such a great price but I would've liked to see more flights and times for the original date I wanted to book. This trip is important to me because I'm flying home to see my mother who recently had a stroke. I wanted to fly out on Friday evening but all the times available were too early and Saturday rates were good but mostly for American Airlines which is one of the worst airlines I've ever been on. I would've been willing to pay a little more for my flight if there were more times available and different airlines offered. When I'm looking for a flight I'm not just looking for the cheapest price. I'm looking for an airline that has reasonable layover times and if they have a variety of times available for the flight I'm looking for. I saw that one airline had multiple flights leaving at 5am on Friday but no other times for later that day and no flights on Saturday. But the worst airline has all the flights for Saturday?!?! That just doesn't make sense to me. I'm happy I got a good deal but I wish I could've gotten my flight for the day I originally wanted on anything other than AA. I don't fly a lot but I'm sure that these companies aren't as limited as it seems on the website.
I love how just fly always has awesome deals on flights for my daughter coming home for the holidays from school, and also myself and my husband use just fly for our trips as well. Always better deals than the other sites, and always have alternatives for other days. We love just fly!

I got a good price AND good service I would buy my flight tickets with you. It was easy to find the flight AND then ti buy It Is just want to suggest to say that if you get the cheapest you cannot do the check in on línea.
It was below average I ask to change my ticket so I can line up with my vacation time. They refused I did tell them I made a mistake and didn't catch it til after the flight was booked still refused so now my flight is longer then I need and I will have to be back at work. Really upset

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
