I measured my window frames obsessively, perfectly, to the quarter inch, several times each. I followed the directions on justblinds.com for order sizing. And I have to say, the frames show a little still. I am okay with it, but if I were to do it again, I would add 1 inch width.
These blinds glide like a dream. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Perfect fit, absolute perfection. Very happy w this order.

I have 2 huge commercial doors I wanted covered so I ordered the black outside shades with chains, I installed myself, my installations usually come out crocked or off. These were big and I thought No way am I going to get these right. BUT i did! And they look GREAT! So I ordered 11 more cellular shades for my windows, there 45 wide by 35 long. Not typical size and they came perfectly measured, all hardware came and pulls. I also installed them by myself! I highly recommend JUSTBLINDS EASY EASY EASY!
I ordered 17 white aluminum blinds=$340. All of the top slats were not right. 2 of them were so badly shaped that I couldn't use them. They are also very cheaply made. I thought I had ordered from them before, but after receiving them I realized the quality was horrible, and that it wasn't the same place.

After ordering 6 blinds from Justblinds.com, estimated shipping said they would be here a week ago. Received the verticals quickly and within the time frame. After much back and fourth I received 2 shades a few days ago, still missing 3. Which brings me to today, customer service after keeping me waiting 25 minutes finally tells me parts are back ordered and aren't expected to ship for another 2 weeks. I had to do all the leg work no communication from the company explaining any delays. Horrible experience with this company, never again
I ordered 5 window shades, all the same size. 38x38.
None of the 5 were that measurement. 2 were the same, 38x47, and 3 were 38x57. I ordered this size because I wanted a certain look with my window blinds. And I did not want the option of the shades to be pulled down any lowere than 38".
When contacting Just Blinds their reply back to me was that they blinds were not inaccurate, that they were made correctly. That they always add 10" more to length. I can accept that, but they should list that on the form when ordering. I would have adjusted the length I ordered.
And even if they add 10" above the ordered length, then they are short an inch on 2 shades, and over on 3 shades.
Shoppers, spend the few extra dollars elsewhere to get what you want, and order.
Cheaper is not always better! Made in China! Customer service agent had the audacity to claim that the website indicates whether or not product is made in the USA or imported AT CHECKOUT! No, it does not. First of all, The tracking number provided was wrong - found this out only after I called twice to check on the shipping status. Even after I had called and customer service was informed of the change in shipping info by the manufacturer in China, their website continued to show misleading data. Caveat emptor!

We ordered directly with a JustBlinds representative for blinds that were to be 75" long. The blinds received were 73" long. When we called customer service, they were no help whatsoever - they wanted us to pay for a whole new order.

Newly remodeled kitchen, our first choice for blinds was an unhappy choice. We found the perfect roller blinds made with the material and color we were looking for at JustBlinds. We received them today and it only took about 30 minutes to install them. The color, fit, and material of my roller blinds are perfect! I'm in love with them and also very grateful for the very reasonable price and time they took to get here.
I ordered aluminum blinds over 100 inches wide for a large bay window, and I cannot say enough good things about how pleased I am. Our previous blinds were kaput, and we were able to use the same hardware we already had. What a great value for the money. We got exactly what we ordered. As with anything, you have to know what you need and know how to measure.
I ordered a blackout roller shade for a window in our home. I placed the order directly with a JustBlinds representative over the phone, giving her the window frame dimensions precisely.
When the "blackout" roller shade arrived, there was a HUGE, nearly 1" gap on both sides of the shade, letting in loads of sunlight, and exposing the double-hung window tracks. The shade looked like it was for the wrong window. The impression it leaves is decidedly like someone wearing pants that are embarassingly short, exposing the ankles and socks.
When I contacted JustBlinds, I was told this is their *standard* for custom shades! I was further invited to place ANOTHER ORDER with a 20% discount to get something that fits better!
I sent JustBlinds a photo of our existing roller shades, and these clearly leave scarcely/only 1/8" on each side, blocking out the entire window and looking like a perfect fit. This proof of what custom shades should look like was of no use.
I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company to obtain a refund on product that is clearly misrepresented as "custom".

The measurements for my "custom" inside mount blinds were adjusted downward by the company. Now, instead of having a custom look, there is a gap around all the windows negating the insulating and privacy objectives. When I wrote to the company, the response was: "**Inside Mount Shades will have a small deduction taken by the factory to fit inside the opening**."
In this case, "small deduction" is > 1 inch on both sides of the window.
The good thing is, I only ordered blinds for one bedroom ($639.) and not the entire house.
I have ordered custom blinds for four other houses from other companies without problems. I will not be using JustBlinds again.

So I have a pair of roller shades that I bought for my daughters room about 7 years ago that are great. I thought I got them from here, but wow, was I wrong! I bought a pair of what I thought were quality room darkening roller shades and they turned out to be cheap vinyl that I could purchase in any local store. And I actually asked them before I purchased them if they were a more cloth-like material or a more plasticky vinyl. I was reassured that they were cloth-like. When I received them I saw that they were cheap vinyl and was willing to overlook that until, when I installed them, one of the plastic parts on the end of the shade actually broke off and came crashing down on my head. I contacted justblinds and they said that since I did not purchase the "deluxe warranty" I could not return them or get a refund (I dont even remember being offered that option when ordering and why should I expect something new to break right out of the box?). The only thing they said they would do is send me another part so I could fix it myself. So to recap. I bought brand new blinds, the materials were cheap and defective and I have to fix it myself. Be aware if you order blinds from this company you are basically on your own as they will not fix defective products... But they will send you another cheap part so you can fix it yourself! Totally not worth it... Just order from Amazon!

I took a chance ( not knowing what to expect) and had a cassette fitted with my roller blind.
It enhanced the visual effect of this product no end.
I ordered three blinds, one very large (95") one medium (65") and one small (32"). They came packaged carefully, no damage. The color (eggshell) was PERFECT. Not a shiny glaring white, but a more subdued' white. The two smaller ones were perfect. Installation was easy with the directions. I did it by myself. The biggest blind hung poorly, with waves and gaps. They were beautiful, just something made incorrectly. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send pictures, which I fully understand. Once they received those, they gladly remade the blinds for me. Second ones were spot on perfect. I've never ordered custom blinds, always bought off the shelf at the big box stores. This was a fantastic experience and I'd recommend just blinds in a heartbeat! Thanks for the good experience. I LOVE my new blinds. And, people notice them. I've gotten lots of compliments on them.
Be careful if you want to order with this company. The quality of the material is poor. They delivered a roller shade where two pieces are sowed together ( that results in a thick seam across the shade)
I also ordered inside mounted roller shades, they are not able to tell you how thick the hardware is, that holds the shades. They gave me the wrong measurements, so the shade is too short and doesn't cover the window. I have a three panel slider, so it was crucial the middle piece covers the glass and the hardware sits centered above the frame. After the delivery arrived and i realized it doesn't fit, i called the support, gave them the dimensions, even they couldnt tell me what size to order. Very disappointing.

Blinds were made the wrong width. Customer service gave me nothing but trouble. Window opening is 18" wide, roll shade is 18" wide, plus the spring-loaded pin that is supposed to fit on the bracket.
Per Just Blinds website, inside-mount shades are supposed to be 1/4" narrower per side than the opening they fit in, which would lead one to believe that the shade would be 17-1/2" wide, plus the little spring-loaded pin. They refused to take responsibility, and stated that they needed all sorts of documentation and photos to deal with their "vendor". In other words, Just Blinds farms-out production so they can avoid standing-behind their own work. I would never attempt to do business with them again.

Ordered blinds that are clearly brown on the website. Received blue blinds. This is not a matter of taste or interpretation; what we received are clearly the wrong color, but they would not help because we did not get a "deluxe warranty".

Great chat service. I ordered one 1" slat for the valance and did not like the fishing when I installed. I contacted them via chat and they will send the extra clear clips and extra 1" slats as complementary to me even though that was my mistake.

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
