I ordered three blinds, one very large (95") one medium (65") and one small (32"). They came packaged carefully, no damage. The color (eggshell) was PERFECT. Not a shiny glaring white, but a more subdued' white. The two smaller ones were perfect. Installation was easy with the directions. I did it by myself. The biggest blind hung poorly, with waves and gaps. They were beautiful, just something made incorrectly. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send pictures, which I fully understand. Once they received those, they gladly remade the blinds for me. Second ones were spot on perfect. I've never ordered custom blinds, always bought off the shelf at the big box stores. This was a fantastic experience and I'd recommend just blinds in a heartbeat! Thanks for the good experience. I LOVE my new blinds. And, people notice them. I've gotten lots of compliments on them.
Be careful if you want to order with this company. The quality of the material is poor. They delivered a roller shade where two pieces are sowed together ( that results in a thick seam across the shade)
I also ordered inside mounted roller shades, they are not able to tell you how thick the hardware is, that holds the shades. They gave me the wrong measurements, so the shade is too short and doesn't cover the window. I have a three panel slider, so it was crucial the middle piece covers the glass and the hardware sits centered above the frame. After the delivery arrived and i realized it doesn't fit, i called the support, gave them the dimensions, even they couldnt tell me what size to order. Very disappointing.
Blinds were made the wrong width. Customer service gave me nothing but trouble. Window opening is 18" wide, roll shade is 18" wide, plus the spring-loaded pin that is supposed to fit on the bracket.
Per Just Blinds website, inside-mount shades are supposed to be 1/4" narrower per side than the opening they fit in, which would lead one to believe that the shade would be 17-1/2" wide, plus the little spring-loaded pin. They refused to take responsibility, and stated that they needed all sorts of documentation and photos to deal with their "vendor". In other words, Just Blinds farms-out production so they can avoid standing-behind their own work. I would never attempt to do business with them again.

Ordered blinds that are clearly brown on the website. Received blue blinds. This is not a matter of taste or interpretation; what we received are clearly the wrong color, but they would not help because we did not get a "deluxe warranty".

Great chat service. I ordered one 1" slat for the valance and did not like the fishing when I installed. I contacted them via chat and they will send the extra clear clips and extra 1" slats as complementary to me even though that was my mistake.
Made blinds to small and colours are way off! Take forever to deliver and won't let you return anything! DO NoT waste your money of this site! Worth paying a few extra dollars at a more respectable company

We ordered our second set of vertical blinds and was very disappointed in the quality of the material. Our first set lasted 14 years before they became brittle in the New Mexico south facing window sun. Broken part and not enough coverage. I know these won't make it 3 years. I called to complain and she said I had to hang all of them before she could do anything about the problems. I told her I didn't want to do all that work, only to send them back. She said I had to before she could do anything about the problems. Do yourself a favor buy your window covering from someone else. Peggy
I ordered blinds, and, got an email confirmation. Waited over a month. Checked on order 4 times: once by ohone, once by on-line chat, twice by email. Nobody could tell me the status of my order. "We will check and get back to you tomorrow" I was told each time. I received NOTHING! No follow up--no informatio--no blinds. NO customer service! Too bad, because I purchased several blinds from them years ago, with no problems. Guess they've gone downhill. They were quick to charge my credit card though--Now I have to try to get a refund. What a hassle! Don't waste your time or money--shop elsewhere!

I spent over $100 for blinds I cannot use and the woman on the phone was absolutely rude. Do not order from here and the material is not even I called they refused to let me return them to get blinds that would actually fit. Ordered top down bottom up shades from the 800 number on the website. Shades were shipped as bottom up only when I reported they shipped the wrong shades they replied that the agent that placed the order would have to be contacted. Just blinds did not contact me I called back and I was told there was nothing they would do and I was stuck with the shades they shipped

I reported it to Discover Card. Just blinds advised Discover that I did not take warranty so it is not covered. I asked why I would want a warranty that I was not informed about to cover me against Just blinds shipping the incorrect shades.

The service was excellent they took there time did every window in my home including my finished basement The Father and the Son were a joy to have in my home to do the work. Installment didn't take long. And when i needed anything repaired they were right on to of it received additional blind that cracked at no cost to me.So they stand by what they say concerning the warranty! I will for sure use them again and refer to others
Unless you pay them extra for their poorly crafted product you won't be able to return the blinds if you don't like them. The fabric we looked at in the kit was much nicer than what was actually on the blinds and when we went to return the blinds we were told that there are no returns accepted.
Don't waste your time or money with such a substandard company.
I worked for a while on a large order until I noticed they were charging sales tax in the checkout process. I asked them what this was about, since they are in Texas and I am in Washington. They cited some new regulation without specifying. There is no cross state regulation that I am aware of.
I verified with WA Sate dept. of revenue if they are listed as an entity perceiving/collecting sales tax on behalf of the state and they are not listed anywhere.
As far as I am concerned, they are pocketing the 'sales tax' they invented.
File suit Horrible customer service. You will get zero satisfaction. The blinds are extremely cheap, poor quality and cut wrong. For 2 months I got the run around and now I have to file suit against the company.
I was hesitant to order from JustBlinds due to some poor online reviews but JustBlinds had the deluxe fabric roller shades available that I needed. I have 2 roller shades from a different online company but they discontinued the deluxe fabric shades. I ordered samples as the fabric pattern had a different name but it was the correct pattern. I ordered 3 shades and then realized that I hadn't been able to order reverse rolls. Yikes. I immediately called their 800 number. Alaina and Shareka were so helpful. They contacted the blind supplier and then emailed me to let me know the order was updated for reverse rolls. The blinds arrived about 5 days before the date expected. I will order from them again. Wait for their sales and always double check your measurements.
I had used this company before (2010) so when the blinds started to fail, I returned to this company to buy some more. I had ordered Pecan before but this time I was redecorating in Dark Cherry. When I saw online they had a nice Cherry wood. I ordered it. I have several emails back and forth from the company about my new order and NOT ONCE did they suggest getting more samples. Anyways I received the order yesterday and it is the EXACT color I order years ago. It is NOT the Dark Cherry that i ordered. They tell me they cant return them. VERY POOR SERVICE.
Very happy... price was awesome and arrived very securely packaged... the valance was as little messed up, but could have been my fault... used a hammer and cardboard to straighten it out... took from jul. 20 to aug. 4 to order and get, but very very very happy ty MOVING TO TAMPA/ST. They never sent a replacement blind even after I sent them a picture and they agreed that it was defective. I called today after waiting for months. They said that it was on file, but it was canceled. They said to take another picture and send it to them. They said that the first one was canceled for some reason. I am 70 years old and do not want to climb up a later and download pictures after having done it already. So hung up on them and now ordering through another company who takes pride in customer care.
My order never arrived to my house so I called and inquired, left my number and received a call back that they would look into it. A call back was never made (despite them having in their notes I requested it) so I called again and left a message. I never heard from JustBlinds.com again but they still billed my credit card. I disputed the charge but to no avail because they do not require signatures for deliveries. They claim the package was left at my door but there is no mention that my door is on a porch. Additionally, there was someone at the house the day they claim the delivery was made and our dogs would have barked had someone stepped onto the porch. Customer service says, "I am sorry", collects their money and moves on. #shameoneyou
My blinds arrived today and they are TOO BIG! I called customer service and they said they could only offer 20% off if I ordered replacements. NO RETURNS, NO REFUND. I will never order from them again!

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
