I just finished installing wood blinds that I ordered online from JustBlinds.com (Height 38 1/4, Width 74 3/4). I am posting this as a recommendation for the company and their product. My customer experience couldn't have gone smoother, from ordering, to delivery to installation. They look great, quality, fit and finish is excellent. I was especially pleased with the ease of installation, particularly the ingenuous design of the head-rail mounts - talk about easy! Over the years I have installed several blinds from other suppliers and NEVER has it been this easy and painless.
I ordered wood blinds. They came faster than expected, which was nice. The actual blinds look to be of decent quality. I'm very dissatisfied with the fit and the brackets. For blinds that mount inside the window frame, I now know that they reduce your width by a full half inch. Though the site said to give the measurement at the narrowest part of the window frame, I took off 1/8th of an inch. Between my 1/8th inch deduction and their 1/2 inch deduction, the blinds were 5/8 inch narrower than the narrowest part of the window. What's worse is that they were over 3/4 of an inch narrower where the top frame went into the brackets. Whenever you adjust the blinds, the top bangs from side to side between the brackets. The brackets are so poorly made that the front closing "door" keeps popping open and even falls off. I drilled and added two sheet metal screws to each bracket to hold the door on and keep the shades from shifting side to side. I did not give them one star because it actually could have been worse. They could have arrived late, like many others. Obviously, their customer service was no help.
I paid for a set of blinds and was given a delivery day only to see that the blinds never showed up. When I called and said where is my blinds? I was informed the delivery date has been pushed out another week and a half. I said will go ahead and refund my money and Ill get blind somewhere else. They informed me that since the blinds were already in production I cant Get a refund. So basically the blinds havent even been made yet but theyre forcing me to except it and to me youre showing me as far as being a company youre no better than Hillary Clinton youre a crook and a thief and all I can say is when you plan a bad seed you always get a huge harvest you guys enjoy it
My experience with JustBlinds has been stellar. The shades were delivered promptly and the quality of the product greatly impressed my wife and I.
Without going into too much detail, there was an issue (this issue was minor and not entirely the fault of the company) which needed to be quickly remedied.
Normally I dread calling companies. The sad fact is, most companies give the consumer a hard time, make us wait for a solution, or give an unsatisfying solution. NOT WITH JUSTBLINDS.
I was blown away by the customer service representatives of Justblinds. I spoke to the rep, expressed my concerns and he offered a number of solutions for my wife and I to choose from. They were extremely fair to us and am exceedingly pleased with our solution.

Just received my blinds today and installed them to replacement some older ones that were falling apart. The first thing I noticed was the excellent packaging and very high quality of the blinds. The fit is perfect, the color is spot-on, installation took about 10 minutes and I couldn't be happier. Very nice blinds at a competitive price. I WILL order from these folks again.
I paid a lot for my shades but it looks awful. They recommend I mount it outward for complete blackout and the sun shines through every morning. And the roller shades roll is on display which makes it look ugly.
Just the facts: I measured four blinds incorrectly by one inch in width. That's right - Oops - my fault. However, when I contacted them (live chat) they would not allow me to return the blinds to cut off an inch. I worked for Sunshade Mini-blinds in Torrance CA while in college so I know it can be done without much effort. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. The blinds shipped from Norman Window Fashions, LLC. I will buy my blinds from a local dealer that can provide customer service that exceeds my expectations.
I bought two custom cellular shades. They arrived quick, they were easy to put up, and they look great. Thank you Just Blinds!
My blinds are ok. The cornice piece is shorter than the blind header. Talked with two different customer service people and they have not responded. I sent pictures and measurements as they requested. If you don't mind if cornice doesn't cover blind header the blinds are ok.
I am very happy with the service and quality at JustBlinds. I had to re-order because of my measuring mistake and they couldn't have been more helpful and also expedited my order so that all my windows looked great in no time.
You better hope your blinds fit and you are happy the 1st Time! They do not follow their customer satisfaction policy. I read it several times and ask specifically about it and was told 3 different things by 3 different reps.
I was also told my children were not the customers and only adults were covered. So kids rooms do not count!
I have ordered aluminum blinds (once) and cellular blinds (twice). All orders had perfect fitment and were built to my exact measurements. I was having trouble with a continuous cellular mechanism leveling correctly in the up position. They offered an immediate replacement, but also advised me how to level the blind. When I did what they suggested (pull the blind down through the cycle until it began elevating again) the shade leveled and has never gone out of wack again. I could have insisted on a replacement and used it in another room, but decided to not take advantage of their generosity. So I ordered a second one of the same style and size. I am sending for samples to buy a vertical and two window shades for the master bedroom. Everyone comments on the quality and colors and wonder if they are custom installed.
Ordered a single solar roller shade with cassette valance before ordering another to mitigate risk. Fit OK but the brackets provided did not allow for a flush/straight mount--and had to take apart the chain since the "stops" on it were in wrong place. Took very long time to arrive. Although not ideal, I "got it to work" for my purposes. Far more effort than should have been required. Now, in order to match, I had to order another for adjoining window. Figured I could do the same steps in order to match. Same order, same, length, slightly different width. Took a very long time again. Cassette valance was a completely different scale/size. Mounting brackets different. Not horrible but enough to not match. Took two detailed emails complete with order numbers and specifics in order to get an acknowledgment or response. Despite the various guarantees and warrantys on the site, the response was they could make an attempt to contact the manufacturer to get these to match at my cost (i. E., not their cost). So, beware of the satisfaction guarantee. As with many such guarantees, it WILL NOT BE HONORED. It is there to provide a false sense that you are safe to order an expensive item sight unseen as they will take on the risk if you are unsatisfied. Sadly, not true. Big disappointment. Buyer beware!
I would give justblinds a zero star if I could. I ordered several blinds from them and they all took forever, one was broken and another two came over half inch under what I ordered.
I hate I did not read the reviews, before I ordered them, they are cheap, and a waste of your money, and don t try to return or exchange, they tell you to just donate them. They sent me to wrong sizes, and if you try and adjust them they bend so easily,
I ordered $1700 worth of wood blinds on a 15% off sale that ended on 5/23. Placed the order that day around noon. At 5 or so, I get an email indicating they were having a Memorial Day sale and wood blinds were 20% off. Called them to request a credit for the difference. Told me no. Company policy! Of course I would have waited to place the order if the next sale was bigger than the current sale. This shows how much they appreciate the suckers like me that they reeled in with the first sale. I wont buy here again. Company policy!
I put in the size i wanted and they sent them to me 1/2 inch less. They then refused to exchange them and told me to donate them and buy more... rip off
They are a 3rd party business ordered 3 blinds in a matte white and got almond. Matte white means no shine WHITE, not beige, not almond, not bisque pay the few dollars extra and get what you want placed order 4/10 and received it on4/28 WRONG COLOR. Never deal with them again!
Uhg. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. I won't reveal the secret as to how to measure for shades because I don't wish to help get this company get any business but here is a tip should make this bad choice for your shades, their measuring instructions are wrong and misleading and their customer service won't help you after the fact leaving you with expensive badly fitting shades. $1,500 down the drain, could be worse right? Sigh. Go with someone else.

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
