The site doesn't do an intuitive image/mock up of the blind like most sites do, so you can easily swap height and width. Order took forever. Mine was screwed up and they didn't take any ownership for it. Customer service was awful... Never again...
We have ordered from JustBlinds twice in the past but hesitated to place our new order because of all the negative reviews online. However the other companies didn't sound any better, so we took a chance. As soon as the order went in, we received a projected delivery date about two weeks out and the blinds arrived on time with no damage and were exactly what we had ordered. The installation went smoothly and we are very pleased with the final product.

I ordered one set of blinds on May 28th and it's now July 2nd. I have made numerous calls, left my order number and left my number waiting on a 713 area code callback. I also waited on line for 75 minutes two straight days and nobody responded. This is unbelievable because they don't even respond to calls at all.
Very very slow production/shipping and they don't fulfill their promise for the delivery estimation. I made my order in May 16 then until Jun 26, I only got shipping label created and even only for 3 blinds of 11 total. Anyway, they will not arrive in the expected date even. What a bad luck I got when I decided to buy from them. When you want to contact them, they don't have convenient way to reach them out, like email or quick link but they only have phone number that they will never answer it as they are justifying that with the excuse of COVID19. That doesn't make sense for me.
I ordered two small blinds on May 5th and it's now June 18th. I have made numerous calls and sent emails asking when my blinds will be shipped. FINALLY received a call that they're shipping today. From what I've read, the quality is severely lacking and I'm afraid of what I've got coming. Stay tuned...
Received my order for interior mount blinds on Wednesday. They sent brackets for an exterior mount system. If you try to use them as a top mount, it blocks the ability to open the window.
I have called each day, wed and thurs I received an automated msg that due to covid they are closed early and call back tomorrow.
Today I called at 11:30am and left my phone on hold for 2.5 hours with no assistance. I tried responding via Facebook as the automated msg states and received no communication. I tried reply to the customer service email and received a response that it is not monitored.
Even the instructions show this being mounted to a wall.
This is a joke I have a $350 shade I can't mount. I'm just so glad I only tried one before ordering for my entire house.
Today is Saturday and I received a call from a courteous rep named Michele. She asked for pics and confirmed incorrect mounting brackets and advised would send new brackets. Will wait and see, update when I have received.
So received an email Monday stating that the company didn't suggest the interior side mount brackets used in their interior mount bracket videos and that I should use the brackets supplied.
I responded and asked again how I was supposed to use these "universal" brackets as they are not to USA standard as they hit the window and keep you from opening the window. I have not had any response to my question. I have called yesterday and today and not got a return call.
Back to utter disappointment as I purchased something that you cannot utilize in America. They acknowledged the defect and the issue with this not being the correct mounting system, but then just go back and say sorry and stop contact.
I placed me order and was given a date to expect the blinds. Weeks later I rec'd notice they weren't going to arrive when promised and I was given the opportunity to cancel my order, which I did. Weeks later I got a notice that because the part causing the delay had been delivered, I couldn't cancel my order because they couldn't return the part. I asked why this was my problem. The blinds were sent anyway and, mistaking them for my Select Blinds (5 stars), I opened the box. Ooops. I never got a response after I asked why this was my problem and don't expect a response now. The blinds are going to the dumps. Bull$#*! company. My bad. Select Blinds customer all the way!

I did not learn about this until after I placed my order and they refused to re-cut them or replace them for a refund them. They literally said I am stuck with them. Do not order anything from them because it makes no sense why on an inside mount they would Reduce the measurement for only one reason. To deliberately make sure that if someone did miss measure that it would fit within the window. Anybody who installs these understands you cut it to the exact measurement. It's like telling me we put 16 inch tires on your car even though you asked for 18 because we want to make sure there is extra room it would fit.
It's like saying we don't care what you really need we're going to cut it shorter to make sure it fits even though it's gonna let in more light on a light blocking blind

Unfortunately I've checked reviews after I made my purchase and there are 65 other complaints with the exact same problem. Just Blinds company will be out of business inside of months.
It makes absolutely no sense. But they will keep trying to convince you that it does. I'm not kidding. It really doesn't make sense it's like looking at a white piece of paper and telling me it's black
I bought four cellular shades for my living room. One no longer raises. I called the company and I'm out of warranty AND a year after my purchase, they discontinued the shade, therefore they cannot offer me a replacement OR a repair kit. I thought I was buying their brand of shade. This shade is one of two that bookends my big picture window. I'd like them all to match and can't afford to replace them right now. So I'd think twice about ordering again from JustBlinds.com. I feel had I ordered from a more reputable company, I'd have options. Lesson learned too late.
I ordered 2 samples. I received only 1 sample and it wasn't even the colors I ordered! Sadly humorous. A joke of a business.
Ordered cordless roman shade- instead of pleat stiffener to raise shade has thin string sewed in along back of shade that will look very tacky from outside. Shade is very cheap looking- made in Vietnam. Because I ordered custom size won't take back. Very disappointed in company!
From the very day i received these blinds i was suspect. In spite of that I hung them on my windows, and 2/4 recoil mechanisms were broken. The blinds would uncoil and just act limp. After pulling out the tension spring, the blinds still don't recoil. I contacted the company to return them, but I only had a standard warranty... I mean who knew a standard warranty doesn't cover manufacturer defect. In fact the only guarantee i received from the company - was the guarantee that if i watch a video on how to reset the tension spring - that i would be satisfied... So now their warranty and guarantee's are equally worthless. Save your money!
Purchased 12 blinds measured the inside of the frame as required 27 inches received the blinds and with the brackets are a very tight fit. The blinds don't close very tight the quality is the same as the cheap ones I was replacing that didn't last a year. Definitely won't purchase them again. Guess the don't make things like the use to
I furnished all my windows 10 years ago from Just Blinds and was totally satisfied. I recently order a 2 inch aluminum blind from them. The blind seemed ok until I hung it up. There is a 2 inch gap between the top slat and the header of the blind. They did not send a valance only a single slat to cover the header. After the aggravations of making numerous phone calls, sending pictures, leaving messages the final outcome is "this is how they are made."
I never heard of blinds having a 2 inch gap at the top. They will not refund or remake the blinds. The said they will be made the same way. I have the same exact blind in another room and it does not have any gap in it. Cheap blinds at junk stores don't look like this. Shame on their factory workmanship. Seems like the blind is missing a slat at the top or the cords were not tightened enough, but they claim that is how they are suppose to be. I am sure if it was in their house they wouldn't approve. Never ordering from them again.
I purchased the cellular blackout shades. I'm happy with them in every way. They are very similar to Hunter Douglass blinds minus the dealer markup and pushy salesman. I read some reviews about blinds being cut short on width, the company does take a half inch out of the width you provide so blinds don't scratch the sides it is what it is, once that is gotten over the product is great. Came when they said it would, installed easy, operates smooth as silk.
The blinds don't close properly the vanes fall off very easy and the have a turning handle right in the middle of the blind which hinders there closing properly
Paid 72.00 plus shipping. Could have bought it at home depot for 11.00. Slats are thinner then paper. Put them up in spite of the quality. The next day the mechanism that opens and closes the blinds broke inside the unit. Throwing in trash. Heading to home depot. BOB B.
I bought several sets of the woven wood blinds for a place in Mexico. They're beautiful and suit the place and the purpose. We didn't want complete blockout but we did want light filtering.

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
