All of our intakes are just tack-welded. There is no rideability issues and no leaks. This will not do any harm.

Received my tires in a timely fashion. Tires were in great shape, and we're at a good price.
I received a battery for my motorcycle which was damaged. I did not realize it was damaged until the day after I received it and at that point the box it came in which was not damaged I had already sent to recycling. By then engaged an agent named Kimberly via chat and essentially was told without the box which I already discarded they cannot do anything for me and that they were escalating it to some other department and I had to wait 48 hours for an email. The 48 Hours came and went and I emailed Kimberly who had sent me an email telling me to wait for the 48-hour email and asked for a supervisor then the next day a supervisor emailed me and said that I was in the wrong for discarding the box it came in however they would be sending me a new battery. All in all it took nine days to essentially get what I originally purchased having to go back and forth and having shipping issues. I am not sure I will ever do business with J&P Cycles again because of this nightmare.
Tried to purchase an axle but for some reason can't post an axle to Australia not a big item don't understand
An easy install, definitely needed the washers that were included. Great fit after that.
It was hard for me to locate the proper ties for that individual bike.

We do apologize your product arrived damaged. The issue we have is we can't file a damage claim against UPS without the shipping box.I do see we sent you the new battery. In the future, We would ask that you inspect all items you order before you dispose of the shipping boxes. They are crucial to us recouping the funds for the damage from the carriers.
