If you need your part next day don't bother spending the $35 to do it. I needed the day I asked for it they didn't send it out till the day after, so I sent it back. The refund process was easy though. So there is that.

I ordered a pinlock visor and pinlock insert for my helmet. The visor had a run in the coating. I sent pictures of the defect and they responded within 12 hours and I had a new one within 4 days. Great communication and customer service.

The cover laces were very tight and hard to lace up. Once laced they fit fine on my BMW R1200c. They have a nice feel and make the levers easier to grip.

I have ordered a handful of items from JP cycles over the last year and have had an excellent experience with every one of them. Highly recommended thank you.

Very happy with the speed of shipping. Parts appear to be good quality. I have not had a chance to ride the bike yet because we've been buried in snow.

Have only received half my order it has been 2 weeks and still no tracking information on second half of order. There should not be this much time between. Parts of an order.

Product worked. But was not exact fit. Plastic ends to big for screws to fit. After trimming both ends down with grinder, finally got installed. Maybe cheaper than harley dealer, but were not replica of original part.
