Great product but I feel like it should come with new gaskets

Ordering ease of buying and shipping was great, just the p re Duce I felt was overpriced for what I received. But I did v keep it. Would I recommend it? Not really.

I paid more for shipping than the part cost, I paid 35 dollars for overnight shipping and it took fed ex 3 days to deliver it!

They have what you're looking for trust me and if you're not sure what you need just start a chat you'll get it figured out these guys know what they're talking about trust me they never let me down over the years

Experience was good just received this email about asking how the experience was and it was good I've been ordering so many parts and things for my bike build that I can't remember what I even ordered from you guys so maybe just add a snapshot of the order or what was purchased In that follow-up email

The exhaust and brackets and adapters arrived quickly and were well packed in the shipping box. Everything was exactly as described and in new condition. Haven't got installed yet because I'm waiting on warmer weather but I already have the mufflers packed and the different mounting brackets on and ready to go. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Your working on your 50 year old Harley at 8 PM in the cold garage and SNAP, you break an old bolt and... I walked calmly into the house - BACKING PLATE, 1976 Ironhead entered in the search bar at J&P, they have it and I can have one two in 4 or 5 days. So now I have a new functional backing plate installed less than a week after hearing the SNAP. The part was way less expense than I thought it would be. I will buy again from J&P and will share this experience with my friends and strangers.

I had a lower side bracket chrome hi quality. I recently installed big bags. So I relocated my plate back on fender. This lay down style makes it look cleaner. Easy install. High quality product.

Great selection of tires which I was having a hard time finding. They all say they have tires, but none of the ads I looked at had the tires I needed, Harley Davidson, Scorcher tires. Also delivered on time! Thx

I was completely happy with my order. The part is great, the delivery was great. The only problem i have is continuously receiving request for completing a survey. I received the first one & deleted it no problem. Now I have received a second request that I'm filling out not. Stop harassing customers for surveys. Send one request then stop. In the future I'll give 1 star on the second survey request.

I returned a Daytona helmet for a swap on an eagle leather covered novelty helmet. I haven't received any correspondence about that transaction and have not received the swap helmet either. In the meantime, I've re-ordered the leather covered eagle, paid for it and just received it while writing this letter. Please get back with me on the credit to my account account and the issue of the original swap transaction. Thank you so much david crane *******734.

Great shopping experience and fast delivery. I ordered these a half size larger than i might normally as the reviews said they run narrow. Even with a half size large, they are too narrow in the toe box. Human feet aren't shaped this way. Will return and see if i can find a wider shaped boot. That said, they doo seem like they are comfortable otherwise, if a bit stiff out of the box. Quality looks good.

Easy to find items and compare prices with other sources. Sometimes offer great deals.

Ordering parts easy, never have any issues,
One thing I would hope to see fixed is what's in stock at stores,
I'm not far from J&P in daytona be nice to see store having more in stock than just what's out the shelves, it seemed that everything I looked up was not in stock locally, as far as ordering and service excellent.

Easy to find and order a replacement front tire, to keep a matched set of tires on my bike. Tire arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

I found the best seat to upgrade on my motorcycle. It was shipped quickly and is quite the upgrade. Delivery wasn't the greatest since it was delivered to the wrong house, but that is on the delivery company (FEDEX)

The site is very easy to navigate. The customer service is great and spot on with what you need. Wide variety of products. Also bike specific so you won't get a product that doesn't fit or work for your bike. Also check-out is simple and quick. Thanks J&P.

I've been ordering from J &p for years. Every order I've placed I've received great service, speedy shipping and quality products at great prices.

I've bought most of my parts from J&P Cycles since 2012. Never had any issues if I did they took care it. Loved taking trips to Anamosa IA. Unfortunately they closed that store. So I still order from them and the service is still awesome.

The picture of the part I ordered on line was misleading which tesulted in my ordering a right handed petcock when I needed a left handed petcock. J&P made the return process so easy. I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes during Bike week. Great job!
