Wrong part for the 2003 Mikuni carb but I was able to modify attachment point on carb from previous part by cutting cable and disassemble of old. New choke did not have a threaded elbow, which the mikuni carb i have required.
Was pricing around batteries at Harley Davidson and their prices were nuts so I decided to go to JP cycles. I saved myself like 70 bucks and the battery is the same thing.
The product came in perfect condition. Exactly what I was looking for. I did not give a good rating as it was a two day shipping and it took over two weeks. I kept getting pushed off over and over again. I understand they're on the East Coast so I'm on the West Coast but it said free two day shipping and it took two weeks.
Shield was an excellent and exact fit. It arrived when promised. J&P site was easy to navigate and find parts. I will definitely return for my next motorcycle parts purchase.

Part is well made, fast shipping, however the only nut which I had to remove to install shifter lever would not come off (stud it was attached to rotated) so I can't use without major surgery, so before purchasing this product make sure you can install it by ensuring you can get the nut which attaches shift lever to arm off.
One part of my order was map sensor seals. The picture showed a pack pf ten for about 7 bucks. When i got the order i only got a pack of 1. I went back to the order page to see if it was a mistake. 2 clicks deep into the product it did say sold as each. I wrote in and told them they should change the picture because it was miss leading. I got a response, in the end they refunded my purchase price

Got my order delivered right to the door and record time and good shape and very happy with the quality although there was no directions in my box I found it online
Placed an order for clutch friction disc and got exactly what I ordered. The discs are for future use. They will replace the ones in use now in the spring. It's the middle of January here and temperatures are below freezing mostly in single digits with feel like temps well below zero. So these parts can wait. I placed an order that was incorrect and Kevin helped me get the order correct with no issues at all. So super thankful to him and J&P for excellent customer service from Kevin. Thanks again

Needed throttle & idle cables, first order I placed, my fault, gave the incorrect size, π. Second order, correct throttle cable, wrong idle cable, it was for a bike with cruise control, π€¬. I never said that my bike had cruise control, nor do I think cruise control was offered back then, but I could be wrong. So I just took the cable to fedex and waiting on another shipment.

I ordered numerous parts for a transmission rebuild I was doing. All of them were received promptly except for two. I waited two weeks to get the last crucial part. There was no indication that this part was not readily available. Very frustrating. If a part is not in stock say it on the website so it can be sourced elsewhere.

Last two times I ordered I opted for the 3 to 5 day free shipping. That turned into almost two weeks. The parts I ordered were fine but I could have gone to the dealer and saved the time I lost waiting for delivery.
Iβm really sorry for the frustration this caused, and I completely understand why waiting that long would make you feel like going to the dealer would have been the better option. Your time is valuable, and we never want shipping delays to take away from the convenience of ordering with us.
I did take a look at both of your recent orders. Your most recent order was placed on 1/7 and delivered on 1/14, which falls within the 3β5 business day shipping window once transit time is counted. That said, I understand that it still felt longer than expected, especially when you were waiting on parts you needed.
For your previous order, we shipped it within 24 hours, but unfortunately there was an unexpected delay with the carrier while it was in transit. I know that doesnβt make the wait any less frustrating, and Iβm truly sorry for the inconvenience that caused.

After searching around on various websites, I found comparable prices, but JP was the best, for the same exact tires. Shipping was quick and I will come back again.

Got my tires pretty fast but I received a rear tire that was produced in 2023. I have concerns about the longevity of that tire. Overall, my experience was good.
The UI could be a bit better. I ordered an oil tank & 2 oil lines. The problem was that the pictures don't tell you what line it is & the drop down menu where you select what part number you want doesn't change the picture & the order summary has both (different) parts as the same picture

Answer: Hello Sebastiano, Currently we do not have that sissy bar in stock, we would have to order it in from our distributor. The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.

The free two-day shipping benefit is part of our RPM membership program. Because the order was placed without an active RPM membership on the account, it shipped via our standard ground shipping method rather than the two-day service.
