It took me less than 5 mins to find and order what I needed. No bs. I tried another places site. Was sent to a parts request form. Then after nearly 24 hrs got a sales pitch. No answer about availability and price of the part I submitted the request for. Just wanted to sell me a bike. Smh. Thank you. This was so much easier and hassle free. ( pushing it with this questionnaire 😉, but after what I experienced elsewhere, I felt you needed to hear how much better shopping with you has been and how pleased I am with the service) 🏻
Spent almost 24 hrs trying to to simple get availability and price from HD nearby me. Had to give my info address email etc on two separate occasions, fill out a parts request form online and the only response I got was a salesman trying to pitch me a new bike. Bought a 15 Fatboy. I am 6'2"" and sitting on stock seat I felt like I was sitting right on the tank. Was looking for a SOLO seat that would back me away from tank. Asked your Customer rep if J&P had any seats that would do this. He suggested a Mustang Wide Tripper. It works perfectly, thank for the help!
