I ordered it and it was shipped out promptly and when I received it was packaged very well and was just what I ordered and needed awesome fit also and look good on bike

I had to have the parts shipped to Canada. They offered a flat rate of 35.00... Price was fine but it took from Sept 9th when I placed the order, until Sept 25th when I finally received it... 16 days, Really? I would have much preferred to have an option for shipping... Something like slow - medium - fast! And give me an option to select which one I'd prefer... Then I could make a decision based on price and how badly I needed the shipment...

Every order I've placed, which is more than I can even count on my hand, has been on time. From tires to the little stuff, beyond exceptional service.

J&P was the only website that had the exact tire size available when I plugged it into the "shop your ride" search. Front is a 16" wheel, rear is 15". Only thing I wish they had, was a 1-1.5" rim band for a 15" wheel. All I could find was a 5" wide band and I bought one, because I thought about cutting it and then decided against it. Not a deal breaker, because I couldn't find one anywhere else. Order arrived within 4 days and I ordered them Saturday night around 7 CST. Great experience, will definitely order from them again when I need tires for my 1500 Intruder.

I needed a tube for a HD rear tire, J&P made it easy to get the right size and it was delivered the next day, so I was able to get the motorcycle back on the road with no time lost, great experience.

The parts were exactly as advertised. I received the one part of my order two days earlier than expected, and the other on the day to be delivered. I was extremely happy.

J&P was very prompt, called Phoenix office only to find out no Cards accepted there. The USPS failed miserably as carrier "Claimed" I had requested the parcel returned to office, Then after went to collect at Post Office found it was still on delivery vehicle, Carrier then returned and threw parcel over fence during a Monsoon.

While trying to find a color matched front fender for my 2019 Harley Davidson Ultra classic tri glide, my color match wasn't in stock. So, I got the raw fender and found a third party to prime and paint the fender. The color was wicked red and barracuda silver, possibly the only one out of stock, at the time.

The parts I got had mounting holes that were not tapped for the screws that were included. I got lucky and had a small tap to make them usable.

I ordered the Low Down Mustang Seat for my 2022 Road King Special. The seat came in within a few days. It was the right one and fits great.

Upon receiving and looking over the product, I realized I didn't order what I need. All good. I'll keep the product and continue shopping from j&p until I get what I need.

I found exactly what I needed and when it was about ready to ship my address threw a red flag ive been having problems getting anything at are new apartment so customer service got ahold of me and we fixed it right away. My bike is riding better then ever thank you

You had the part I needed. Got to me too late to execute my repair before work. Even though I paid extra for next day shipping. Apparently next day means you will take my order wait a day then ship. And then it becomes two or more days.

Easy shopping experience. The parts shipped out a few days later. Even with that, it was less than a week to get what I needed. The fuel line seems a little long for my bike model (Fat Boy Lo, which I have saved to the site and it said it was compatible), and thus has a "kink" in it when installed. The bike seems to run ok, so not earth shattering, but I know the flow has to be reduced. I'll be back for whatever is next.

I ordered a part that said would fit the make and model of my bike. Before placing the order I called J&P direct for accurate measurements and the measurements were what I needed but when it arrived the measurements w ere not correct. The good thing is they were very helpful on the return and did apologize.

I had purchased a used motorcycle and only got one key. I saw the ignition switch on J&P cycles. The price was excellent so I thought I would give it a try. Works great and looks good. Now I can feel better parking it and not worry about it being stolen. Thanks J&P

Probably one of the fastest shipping times I've seen ordered one day and literally two days later I got my tire and I didn't have to wait all day! I will continue to use J&P Cycles for all my tires, oh I also didn't pay an are and a leg either! 10/10 would recommend!

I order from J&P a lot. The quality of product is great, but every once in awhile no matter how great someone is, unforeseen things happen. This last order, FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address. I notified J&P and they offered a refund or replacement immediately. Charity D. Was the rep I spoke with and she was a huge help and super nice. So it's nice knowing that I can trust the product and company, and if something goes wrong they will do the right thing and help the customer. 10/10 on every aspect of business.

Excellent service, easy to find what ai needed and fast shipping.

1980 shovel head hasn't had working electric starter in about 10 years. Easy bolt on parts and good pricing got it working again easy and smooth install
