Wasn't delivered when they said it was. Was supposed to had been delivered on Thursday and didn't receive it till Saturday. But was told it was thursday

The first of 2 orders arrived on time think it was via FedEx. The second one was shipped USPS and arrived a week later than promised. I understand you have no control over the USPS but seeing as you ship with them this will probably be my last order with you.

I have been buying parts from j &p cycles for many years and am very happy with the parts a the way they do business. If anything goes wrong they fix it. Fast

I had accidently ordered the wrong part online. I called J&P directly and they cancelled the order and ordered me the correct part. They were friendly and helpful. The part was delivered within a week. Great experience

I have been dealing with J and P cycle off and on for many years their selection of parts, quality of the parts, pricing and shipping are all excellent. I always get what I need. It always does what it's supposed to. I have no complaints and will continue coming back to J and P thank you for all your hard work over the years.

Bought a fender when we received it it was the wrong one, but the one we had ordered. Call the company and they took back the wrong fender and we purchased the new fender and they gave us a refund on the other one when they got it back. Great experience with this company.

I've dealt J&P cycles numerous times and have had no problems with ordering or delivery. Always prompt and items were as ordered.

The J&P cycle gift card i tried to redeem was a headache. Instead of running it through the card scanner like most all stores, they had to call the headquarters and tell them all the numbers before I could get the credit for it. That's crazy.

Skeptical but getting in neutral is, at times, aggravating. I noticed the change instantly when I rolled the bike off the lift. Went through to third and back to nuetral with ease. Wish this had been around for the past 20 years!

Looks good on my bike and gives me a little piece of mind I like actual numbers not just a little light to know my bike is in good shape

It's easy to know you're getting parts that fit your specific bike and that takes out a lot of worry and headache about ordering parts because you can check to make sure what you order is what you really need.

The Mustang seat was excellent very good. American made made the right choice. The fasteners however, were super cheap. I don't know if they're aluminum or pot metal but they're not steel and it's two nuts for the main seat hold down and the small finger bolt for the pee pad and they were super light like aluminum, unsure but super cheap unsatisfied.

I have been buying tires for my bikes here for over two years now from this site, I have always received what I bought in about 3 business days.

I bought two tires for my scooter that weren't readily available from many other outlets. The Pirellis that I received make my scooter handle far better than the factory tires. Great, fast service with quality products.

When I buy Hooker headers for my pickup, they come with gaskets. When I buy pipes from Vance and Hines no gaskets. Frustrating. J&P gave excellent onlookers experience. Had I called the assistant would have most likely noticed the pipes had no gaskets.

The purchase didn't advise that I would need to purchase a Gauge bracket when I purchase the T-Bar for my street bob. I put the bars on and the mount is on back order making it extremely hard to ride the motorcycle because I don't have the gauge on.

I've been rebuilding a 72 xlch and every gasket has fit so far really glad I buy from the best from J&p cycles Primary /cam cover / rocker box /head and jug base and even the 3 on the oil pump assembly all the corks for pushrod tubes fit great
