I ordered these for my wife's '25 Street Bob. The factory grips are 1.6" diameter. She's 5'1" tall so she needed smaller diameter grips and these worked perfectly. Definitely recommend.

Parts fit perfectly. I had complained on a recent order about USPS slow delivery. They used FEDEX this time and it was delivered quickly. Very satiafied.

Well it was pretty easy didn't have no problems everything was what they said it was got my tires was able to put them right on my bike no problem

Overall experience was great. Received product in a timely manner. Only reason for 4 stars was the clutch cable was a little short. Still works though. Even with stock bars on my 2005 police edition Electraglide, cable was a little short so I had to adjust my handlebar clutch assembly in towards center approx. 1" due to not being able to go full lock to the right. Works great after adjustment.

I did my first purchase of two tires and everything was excellent, receive notifications about my order all the time and got my tires on time

Friendly customer service, he helped find the exact product, reasonable prices, fast delivery. Couldn't do it any better, will definitely order from again.

First using the size guide, I ordered Medium Gloves... they were a nightmare to get past the wrist opening but once that was accomplished (taking over a minute to do each glove) they fit perfectly... Who wants to spend a minute putting on a glove? So, I contacted J&P they graciously offered a no cost refund with exchange for large gloves. Sadly, the large gloves while not as difficult to get past the wrist opening are still quite a challenge, the fingers are too long, and the palm area is loose now... I doubt I'll ever wear them. I should have kept the mediums and tried somehow to stretch the wrist opening to make them wearable.

The filter I ordered doesn't fit, I need to return it. This is my fault as I have an after market air cleaner. Please provide info on how to return. Thank you

When I went out onto front porch to get delivered package the first thing I see is 8-10" of chrome handlebar sticking out of the cardboard box. When I opened the box there was a cotton sleeve slid down on the rest of the handlebars and some a sheet of packing pillows just randomly in the box. In this case somehow there was no damage to the product, but the use of some tape to hold those packing elements in place would have been appreciated.

I received over a dozen shipping notices for one order. Had to call J&P Cycles to figure out the confusion. Still getting notices. My suggestion would be to review your shipping company performance.

My 84 low rider all of sudden would stop engaging the starter after the first try. Trouble shot to the relay. Replaced 30A relay with the J&P 40A relay and works every time. Thanks J&P

It was cheaper to rebuild the quick disconnect than purchase a new part (and deal with the fuel tank). All the o rings fit perfectly, no leaks. I decided to use the original spring, which was thicker.

I'm not happy with receiving a new motorcycle tire that is almost three years old since it's manufacturer's date, and that they said they were unable to guarantee a replacement tire with a newer date because their warehouses are automated. Then they claimed that by law, they're allowed to sell a tire with a manufacturer's date as old as seven years old as new.

I have used J&P for a number of years for both vintage parts and newer bikes I have and have not had to return or received a bad part, item was what I ordered but have not yet installed,

Twice I ordered this product after talking to customer service to verify that it was the correct part. Both times apart received was a single element 1156 bulb versus 1157 dual element that the literature said.

Saw nothing on my bank account for product but 3 charges for hot digital that are reoccurring monthly payments which i will be dealing with bank but leaves me with a bad taste with your billing process

I had an issue with one of the products I had ordered. J&P responded quickly with detailed instructions to remedy my issue. Needless to say it was an error on my part on installation. But the fact that J&P took quick action to my concern has solidified my loyalty to J&P.
