Very positive. The grips seemed to be about an 1/8 to 1/4 inch shorter than the originals. And maybe not as thick. Otherwise they look great.

Orders are always specific to my bike. And always fit correctly out of the box. Never had any issues with anything I have ordered.

A HOG member said he ordered an EZ shift for his M8 bike and finding neutral was a breeze. My ride is a 2016 Freewheeler 103 twin cam and I wanted to have the same neutral experience. J&P Cycles has the part that's specifically for my bike. It is pricey but I wanted to make sure it fit. My order came quicker than expected. Getting the part on took no time and it was a perfect fit. Easy and convenient website to navigate. Able find what pretty much any basic part or accessory that I want for my bike and they're actually in stock. Shipped out the next morning. Delivery took a little longer than expected but that was the post offices fault.

2021 harley. Simple wire for the head light what i bought also...$300 and the wrong wire... 2 trips and 2 days later everything was fine...

Ordered a 22 amp voltage regulator for my '86 fltc., wrong style plug called and they refunded on my card ( with free return shipping)and helped to find right one that one had wrong plug also, (same no hassle return and shipping). Discovered my bike had been upgraded to 32 amp system. Ordered new one, at my house 2 days. All toll a week and a half from start to finish

I shopped online it was quick easy no issues at all. My order was delivered on time like they said, and I was very satisfied.

This kit has every seal that you need for a top end rebuild. I was very happy with the quality of the gaskets. I didn't use the gasket for under the cylinder (didnt want to go that far into the rebuild). I think this kit comes with 1200 and 883 head gaskets because I had 2 smaller head gaskets left over after doing my 1200 rebuild.

Went on Google. Searched for Honda replacement battery for SXS. Search pulled up many supplies with replacement part that I could see would not fit. Searched through first page of Google Customers Ads until I found your company. Clicked on link and sent me to page with the identical repayment product.

I decided that I wanted to carry some extra gas in the sidecar. J&P had a couple of options. I ordered the one that fit the profile. Easy enough.

Like mention earlier, this is one of the best places to buy your motorcycle parts and accessories. I was very easy and friendly to navigate thru their website.

All was good just the method of shipping was no good took way longer than it should have considering that I am just a few states away

This light is amazing and very bright. If you want to see better just buy it!

J&P Cycles are the absolute BEST. I have been dealing with them for several years now and have NEVER had to return anything. Delivery has ALWAYS been on time. Actually, I received the items 1-2 days before the expected delivery date.

So far seems like a great quality product. But does not come with instructions at all. And also doesn't tell u that you have to redo the wiring for the turn signals to install them. Costed me $120 (1 1/2hrs) to install.
