It's easy to know you're getting parts that fit your specific bike and that takes out a lot of worry and headache about ordering parts because you can check to make sure what you order is what you really need.
The Mustang seat was excellent very good. American made made the right choice. The fasteners however, were super cheap. I don't know if they're aluminum or pot metal but they're not steel and it's two nuts for the main seat hold down and the small finger bolt for the pee pad and they were super light like aluminum, unsure but super cheap unsatisfied.
I have been buying tires for my bikes here for over two years now from this site, I have always received what I bought in about 3 business days.
I have questioned this on multiple occasions, if you do not dispose of a tire how do you get away with charging for it. I was told it is a standard charge when purchasing a tire, this is as false a statement as I have heard. If you pay to have a tire replaced you have to pay a disposal fee at the place where you had it changed d or take it with you and dispose of it yourself...this is crooked and should not be allowed. I had to pay $9 for a disposal fee at a shop because they actually are disposing it for me, what did you do?
I bought two tires for my scooter that weren't readily available from many other outlets. The Pirellis that I received make my scooter handle far better than the factory tires. Great, fast service with quality products.
When I buy Hooker headers for my pickup, they come with gaskets. When I buy pipes from Vance and Hines no gaskets. Frustrating. J&P gave excellent onlookers experience. Had I called the assistant would have most likely noticed the pipes had no gaskets.
Derby cover looked ok on the outside, wrong configuration on the inside! Wouldn't accept factory rubber seal gasket! Disappointing! So returned to you
The purchase didn't advise that I would need to purchase a Gauge bracket when I purchase the T-Bar for my street bob. I put the bars on and the mount is on back order making it extremely hard to ride the motorcycle because I don't have the gauge on.

I've been rebuilding a 72 xlch and every gasket has fit so far really glad I buy from the best from J&p cycles Primary /cam cover / rocker box /head and jug base and even the 3 on the oil pump assembly all the corks for pushrod tubes fit great

I was on a road trip and my shocks failed. I ordered online the replacement shocks which came overnight. They fit perfectly and solved my bikes issue and are a great upgrade to boot!

J&P was the only place that had all 3 custom brake pieces I needed to install my new caliper. So I ordered here. Problem was the shipping. A 4 day wait for my parts turned into almost 2 weeks. And it seemed like the parts came from different places. In the end it all came. But if I would of known it was gonna take this long I would of separately ordered from smaller shops.

Went to J&P cycles to order a tire and some brake pads. Website usually has what I need at a better price rate than what you'd get at a store. Quality products for great prices to get your machine back in great running condition.

It's easy to find the top pad. But, finding them with attached isolators proved difficult. Not only does J&P have them, but at the best price! I'm never disapointed with J&P.
I ordered the red Turn Signals for my 2024 Honda Fury. Call it personal preference - I just feel the red lenses look better than the amber ones that are OEM. The lenses were received in a timely manner, were in perfect condition, and I fitted them on the bike myself after closing on the purchase. The result is a better looking motorcycle and a satisfied J & P Cycles customer
