I've always heard good things about this company. My father n law has used J&V Cycles for years. I am a new bike owner and I have to say my first experience was great. I'd use this company again and again.
I placed an order for a motorcycle cover and was super slow on shipping it out. I have ordered from J&P in the past for various parts and they would arrive at my house within a week. This time, however, it took two weeks to arrive.
LS2 advant x carbon box was clearly opened and damaged. No OEM protective stickers on the lenses. Dirt or staining along the collar of the helmet. Smell of men's cologne.
Cardo works well. Helmet seems like new. It's too bad I paid full price for someone else's helmet.
Helmet was just as ordered and came in a timely manner. Wife loves the graphics.

The saddlebag liners look amazing. Although you will lose some space in the bags, I no longer have to worry about scratching my helmet when I store it away. Plus the front pouch works perfect for storing my.45 when I go into the VFW.

I ordered a specific helmet lens with expedited shipping so I could have for a long ride, but it didn't arrive in a timely manner at all. I was refunded the expedited cost, but no where on the site did it indicate there may be an issue sending the lens out from their warehouse. I've been totally pleased with J & P in the past, so this was random, but a huge disappointment. On a lighter side, the lens is awesome!
