Changed out ground cable and bought one a couple inches bigger than what came stock and man what a difference maker when it comes to battery change. Stock length really made things difficult when connecting the negative cable to the negative terminal of the battery when dealing with a Sporster.
The parts ordering process was easy. I liked how you could shop for parts specifically for your vehicle to ensure correct fitment. Delivery was fast, unfortunately on of my parts was received damaged and unusable. The return process was made super easy and J&Ps Customer Service Crew got a new part sent back to me in a hurry. I really appreciated the no haggling and fast service. Very professional and reliable. That's why I'm a repeat customer. Well done!
They sent handle bar risers instead of a air cleaner that i ordered. They sent the correct product which was fine. I had to send the part They sent wrong back to FedEx. For me that's a 40 min drive to a different city at $3.38 a gallon in my truck. So 1.2 hours of driving to fix their mistake. Other than that if they could get the order right no issues.
I would have thought that a new o-ring would have come along with a new pump

I've purchased multiple items from JP through the years. They have always delivered as expected.
This is the 2nd on I've purchased in a month. One at Sturgis JP Cycles in the parking lot. Got my military discount on both. They look damn nice and perform even better.
The kit arrived earlier than the estimate.
Had a little trepidation because the kit pictured more parts than I needed so I wasn't sure it was correct. I think it covers more than my bike, however. No instructions (except the YouTube) but it was pretty easy to figure out how to replace my worn out contactors and solenoid plunger. Looks like quality parts and best of all, my starter cranks better than it has in years.

J&P has difficult to get inventory, especially for older motorcycles, J&P is is by the Biker for the Biker.
