Label says it's right part, still tearing apart exhaust. What a $#*!.

This was one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time! The sales lady was very kind and helpful. My order arrived quickly and I was able to track it the whole time.

Good had no issues at all I'm very happy. I will be referring friends and family to J&P Cycles from now on. The only thing I could complain about is maybe getting more discounts or coupons.

Easy site to navigate, and all parts fit. I was not sure if they had parts for a 1987 Keihin carb, but sure enough they did. They got me the right kit first try. And it greatly helped my restoration project, a 1987 HD Hugger 883.

Am dissapointed in the new JP. They promote the subscription service with free 2 day shipping. Over the last 2 years I have ordered several times and have yet to receive anything in less than 5-6 days. I recently ordered cams and associated parts. Some of which were advertised as "eligible for free 2 day shipping". I had to pay an additional $60.00 in order to guarantee the cams arrival on time. The items that were advertised as 2 day shipping, arrived 7 days later.

I have been buying from JP for about 15+ years, this was never the case when John P. Was in charge. As a result upon the renewaI dates arrival, I question weather it really is worth the cost. I hope this situation will improve as I very much like JP Cycles and look forward to continuing to do business with them
