Ordered cobra pipes and within two days they were at my that's awesome

Everything got delivered in one piece. The store should've had that in stock pigeon forge store was busy that day.

The parts arrived in good condition. However, I paid extra for next day air shipping, so they would arrive on Friday and I would have it for the weekend. However, Parts didn't arrive until Monday. There was an option for second day air, which said would arrive on Monday. Sometimes deliveries are out of our control. They refunded my expedited delivery charge without asking.

Site said order would be a certain amount of time, but it actually took twice as long to receive order.

Came across J&P Cycles through Instagram ad and definitely do not regret checking them out. I came across a helmet that was nearly half off normal price due to a minor scratch. I'm super happy with my purchase and shipping was really fast. Definitely will check out for sale items on this website.

Experience with your team has been real good but when I recieved the kit it was missing all the small parts, spacers ect. I sent in a picture of what I received and am waiting for a reply.

I ordered and received Custom Dynamics Bagz Lights for my 21 CVO Road Glide. When I tested them, the running lights and the turn signals worked but not the brake lights. I called CD to see if I had done something wrong. They said the lights I got would not fit my bike, even though the J&P website said they would. I called J&P and explained to John what Custom Dynamics had told me. John was extremely courteous, very professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that I got the correct part and that I was happy with the order. Because of John's help, I will definitely be ordering from J&P Cycles again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality parts and excellent customer service.

When looking up parts specific to a make and model of vehicle the website often forgets the info that was just entered and shows all parts. Shipping is too expensive as well compared to other sites.

Label says it's right part, still tearing apart exhaust. What a $#*!.
