I recently moved and placed an order with my old address. The order shipped so quick I was not able to stop/ change the address. After the order was deliveries to the wrong address, J&P sent a replacement order to the correct address at no cost to me. Communication was fast and professional (even tracking over a wknd). These guys went over and above even thou it was my error.
As always I had no trouble finding exactly what I needed online. Makes it even easier having my bike info saved so I can see what applies to me any other way. No other words needed.I have never been disappointed or had any delays or issues. No need to go anywhere else!
