Ordered the battery and it said next day delivery and it took almost a whole week to get it. The box came and the battery wasn't packed upright and looked like it had been opened.

I've been shopping for my motorcycle needs at JP Cycles for many years. I recently ordered a battery for my Sportster and as always once ordered it was received very quickly. I have my bikes listed on their website so I know immediately whether or not the park will fit my motorcycle. It's very easy to order and if I have any questions their customer support is always available to help.
The part might be small and inexpensive, but when an oil leak keeps you off the road, $5 O-rings are triple their weight in gold. J&P had the exact ring I needed for my Harley and got me back on my bike fast. Thanks J&P
Jacket is a good summer weight and meshing allows good airflow to keep somewhat cool. I have to get used to the elbow pads as you can definitely feel them in the sleeves. Jacket is real leather so it is a bit stiff but that should get better as it gets worn more.

Website was easy to use as I could enter the information about my motorcycle and see a list of parts that would fit. Had to call customer service as one part was labeled for a different year of my bike. They explained why it was the correct part for my bike, why it appeared different than some installation videos for grips I watched on YouTube, and it did in fact work with my bike.
