They had exactly what I needed, and delivery was exactly what was expected

Appears to be well crafted. Plenty of included straps for securing to bike. Also plenty of tie down rings and zippers for access to storage areas. Would highly recommend. Very fast shipping!

When I got my order the slip on mufflers did not mount the way my old ones did. After calling Customer Service Karl checked out the pics I sent him and he sent me the directions for installing them with the parts supplied and they fit like they were made to.

Helpful professionals, they treat me like I'm special and go out of their way to assist.

There were multiple emails updating me on the shipping process. Letting me know at every interval what was going on with what I bought! It was nice to be kept in the loop.

I knew what I wanted and as usual the process was very easy and quick. This is why I always buy from J.P.Cycles never had a problem. I called later for another bike I have and Dan was up on everything and helped me with all the products to finish my lighting.

Site is hard to use. I need more parts but it was too hard to move around. Went to another vendor for the rest.
