This is a very comfortable helmet but trying to change out the face shield from a smoke shield to clear was a nightmare! I first bought this helmet in the store and the sales guy broke the clip trying to change out the face shield so he ordered another helmet for me online that was delivered to my house. Two friends and I tried to change the face shield but couldn't get the smoke one off, even after watching two different "how to" videos online several times. I took the helmet into the store and it took three different sales clerks over an hour to figure out how change it out. Even so, the clear shield wasn't installed properly and I ended up fixing it and putting the helmet back together in the store myself because they all walked off and left me standing at the counter by myself. Seriously, it shouldn't be that hard!

Part to small for my lowrider. Cannot fine one that says will fit my forward shifter. You have one that look like mine, but it says it will not fit. It does not give any measurement.

Parts are good but definitely didn't take the two days like I paid extra for.
Found out after placing my order I could buy the same tire from J&P Cycles on Amazon for the same price but free shipping. Wish that I had done that, but that's my only complaint. The tire is amazing quality and was very affordable, better price than all your competitors, and it arrived in only a couple days!
When ordered, I noticed it had my old address. Text them the problem, and gave new address. Received part, no trouble.

This organizer is for the freewheeler, I installed it on the road glide 3, not perfect but it's functional. At least until some designs one for the road glide 3
Front bolts were too long & rear bolts were too thick / long. I'm just using other bolts / nuts but keeping the plastic rings. For $43 I would really have expected perfection for 4 bolts

Appears to be well crafted. Plenty of included straps for securing to bike. Also plenty of tie down rings and zippers for access to storage areas. Would highly recommend. Very fast shipping!
