I wanted a black rear master cylinder body for my FXR build. I shopped around for a rebuild kit and all I could find were chrome or silver ones. I looked in your site and I was pleased to find a black one. I ordered it. It finally showed up and it was not black. It was silver. I will be returning it.

I've been buying from J&P cycles for many years. Started buying in the 80"s for my 1975 Shovel head n also tires for my 2007 Street glide. Just recent bought rear tire for my Street Glide n rear tire for my grandsons dirt bike...I will continue to buy more. Of what I need soon.
I ordered parts and they were damaged due to delivery drivers incompetence in leaving the package within reach of my dogs. Explained the situation to customer service with J&P and immediately sent out replacements free of charge after providing proof of damaged goods. FedEx initially refused to listen and take responsibility for the mistake. J&P agent took care of the situation right away.
J&P needs to stop relying on FedEx, I have had nothing but issues with FedEx. Never an issue with UPS.

Service was great. The product overall was good but the finish of the chrome had a flaw. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 10% refund. I was satisfied.
I ordered a short speedometer cable, and a speedometer with a bracket so I can mount it on my forks. Very happy with everything that showed up, but the small bracket did break very quick by putting some tension on it.
I guess I'm gonna try just to get something rigged, or made, or I'll just call customer service and see if they can send me another bracket. They've always been nice in the past.
I received an add about the product and it was on sale. As always, I've got no complaints
