The part that I ordered, (rear axle for '07 Road King) that came from somewhere in Indo China was made incorrectly, and didn't fit my motorcycle.

No answer about availability and price of the part I submitted the request for. Just wanted to sell me a bike. Smh. Thank you. This was so much easier and hassle free. ( pushing it with this questionnaire 😉, but after what I experienced elsewhere, I felt you needed to hear how much better shopping with you has been and how pleased I am with the service) 🏻
Spent almost 24 hrs trying to to simple get availability and price from HD nearby me. Had to give my info address email etc on two separate occasions, fill out a parts request form online and the only response I got was a salesman trying to pitch me a new bike.
