Product arrived in great shape although mounting brackets were not the same color. One was powder coated black and the other was bare metal. I had to paint to match. Not j&p s fault, sure it was packaged from factory that way.

I received my order in a timely manner. No issue with the product (Saddleman seat)itself. The issue started when I noticed on the packing list 08-19 for, not a 2023 flht. Different model bike. I went ahead and set the seat on the bike to check the fit. Not as I expected. I was concerned that I might have received the wrong seat, so I contacted customer service by email. Told them my concerns (conflicting dates and model # and the fit), sent pictures of the seat on the bike as requested. 2 days later I received a response. Joe B told me that him and his team had concluded that the issue, as they saw it, was the the after-market side bad guards I had on were causing the proper fitment of the seat. Had they had the proper knowledge about a 2023 Electra Glide Ultra Limited(flrt) they would have known those were not after market guards. They come as original equipment. So not impressed with that bs reason why my seat did not fit as I expected it to, I called customer service, and after explaining my concerns to the technical person that they were convinced I had received the right seat for my model/year bike, that if I had any issues, after having to apply hard pressure to get the seat to settle into position to get the screw at the back of the seat in, that it would be noted I would be able to return the seat and get a refund. So I agreed with him and called it a done deal.
