The part I order was not what was in the bag I received, I ordered a spline and the one I got was smooth, but the bad was label as spline

Definitely not JP's fault, but shipping was horrible. USPS seemed to think they had to give my pkg a tour of Missouri. Because of that, I received the product 5 days after the date that you promised. Product arrived in wonderful condition and am excited to get it installed on my trike! JP's needs to 'stick it' to the USPS! Thank you for providing great products!

Helmet was delivered as promised. Outrush R is an improvement over the Outrush. It has an external SENA intercom rather than the internal one in the Outrush.
