I received the grips very quickly. They didn't come with the throttle insert which was sent to me free of charge but arrived damaged. I ordered a replacement but it has not been shipped yet.

Very nice products to restore the missing and mangled parts on my '79 H-D FLH barn find. Happy to have a source for these old bikes! I would have preferred one shipment, rather than 2 a day apart though. Us Canadians have to pay the Customs charges for 2 separate parcels. No Beuno! Otherwise, quite happy!

The original order had part missing and was sent back the next day and the replacement part took twice as long to get to me than the original order.

I recently purchased a new bike and needed a new seat, I checked on what was available and settled on one in the closeout section, seat showed up in days and was perfect. I've been a customer for close to 20 years and always check here first.

Been looking around for the headlight nacelle for my bike and just didn't want to spend the money on one right now, until I found this one, pretty decent quality came with everything I needed to put it on and it was cheaper than a lot of other vendors

The item pictured on the website what's not the "brand" I received. I am using the item I received successfully. It just felt odd to me.

I received the part but it did not fit my application due to an issue I cannot resolve. I returned the unused item back for refund.

Products are as advertised and the shipping is pretty quick. Wife ordered me a set of slip ons for Christmas and they were delivered in two days.

I have a 2020 street glide CVO. Sand Dune over black. I wanted to replace the engine bolts that were silver with a nice matching black bolt kit. I ordered it through JP cycles and received it with in 3 days and started changing over the bolts. They are good quality and look great

Fast service and easy to find what i needed. I haven't had a chance to install shocks yet. It will be a couple months before winter is over to get back on the road.

My 2006 Ultra Classic with 74,000 miles would die at red lights when it got hot. Being Winter I decided to replace all of the sensors. I replaced the Throttle Position Sensor, Temp Sensor and the Crank Position Sensor. The parts are high quality and bolted right up without any issues. I took it out twice have a warm spell this week and the bike runs great. I spent around $150 for the three parts and I don't have to worry about being stuck on the side of the road for years to come. Thank you JP Cycles.

J and P cycles, it is a very good company to work with very easy navigation through their website quick delivery. Very workable with returns.

PLEASE, please, please, please, please, PLEASE…. Stop shipping FedEx!
FedEx is the absolute worst! What should have taken 3-4 days, this delivery took over a week and a half!
This is a FedEx issue, BUT it reflects upon the company!
It will make me hesitant on my next order and will seek another vendor if I know they ship Zips instead.
J&P is awesome….
But FedEx sucks…. Simply put and they are getting worse!

These bung plugs were exactly what I needed to plug my bung holes. I needed to plug larger bung holes so went with the 18mm bung plugs and the plugged the bung holes perfectly. JP cycles is awesome to purchase from.

The first part I got was wrong and I think it was me. But they made it right, let me ship it back and sent me the part I need, and they did it in pretty short order. I thank them very much.
