Found product I wanted, took about a week to arrive. Packaged well, installation straight forward. Looks great and improves performance.

I wrote specifically my Bike, make and model, still got the wrong one. But I needed so I adapted, is working now. Seems to be a good quality product, but it was the wrong fit..

I contacted two other places that showed the helmet in stock and they both canceled the order. J&p had the helmet and delivered it very quickly thank you.

The product was received in the manufacture's original box, with no tape to keep it closed. It's a wonder all of the items were in the box when we received it.

Service was great and shipping was fast, but one part was not a fit for my model year, though ordered to be. Other parts on order were good

I needed a rear tire they had plenty to choose from for my bike. Browsed their site until I found the one i wanted. No problems.

Rarely need parts for my old Harley but had to replace battery. J and P made it easy to get exactly what I wanted, delivered exactly what I ordered.

Everything was easy to navigate. The website is very well thought out. Very good selection. Good pricing. Fast enough shipping.

My fault. I needed rear shock bushings for some Burley shock. Ordered stock ones in error. Im sure they will get used sometime. Next order was the right ones that are a perfect match.

They have a great selection and better prices than many competitors. Would highly recommend J&P cycles to any motorcycle enthusiasts

I had ordered the wrong length for my new Barnett Clutch Cable, and J&P was so gracious with the return process and received the correct length cable within days. Cable is installed on my Indian Chief Dark Horse and always satisfied with J&P!

The bars look great. The problem is the slag on the inside chewing up the wires trying to fish then past the angle. Definitely could have been debured a lot better

Went in looking for a new visor for my LS2. Sadly there were none in inventory but employee behind the counter was very helpful in locating where I might be able to get them as well as ordering the inserts for me.

I didn't know the exact name of the eliminator harness, and a quick search about rear fender light eliminator came up with this item, exactly what I needed

I ordered my tires during the holidays and even Amazon was backed up. I was thinking the tires would get here late. They came a day early. They told me 5 days and i received them in 4. That's awesome.

The baffels arrived pretty quick. Looked as expected. I then just finished installing and I like the quieter sound. Good product. Thanks

I received the grips very quickly. They didn't come with the throttle insert which was sent to me free of charge but arrived damaged. I ordered a replacement but it has not been shipped yet.

Very nice products to restore the missing and mangled parts on my '79 H-D FLH barn find. Happy to have a source for these old bikes! I would have preferred one shipment, rather than 2 a day apart though. Us Canadians have to pay the Customs charges for 2 separate parcels. No Beuno! Otherwise, quite happy!

Fast shipping. Parts were exactly as described. In fact I've never had any issues at all with J&P. They've always been a pleasure to deal with.
