I needed new winter gloves, and I wanted riding gloves because they're warm without being bulky. They are really nice. Only thing is I didn't know they had a snap cuff. I didn't see it in the picture, that's why four stars. Other than that, they're really nice gloves.

Grips came quickly, although I did have to modify the left one because it was too long. Apparently older (1989)Electra Glides took a slightly shorter grip as they don't go under the switch housing
Purchased the once bitten, twice tight heel-toe delete shift lever. Went to have it installed, splines do not match factory set up as per the Harley Davidson certified technician. May or may not come loose eventually, negating the reason for my purchase. If it does fail on me it will be returned, road rash and all.
I have always received quality parts from J&P Cycles. No issue at all in that regard. However, I am very dissatisfied with parts be shipped USPS. The USPS, in my opinion and experience, is the absolute worst when it comes to shipping. In the future, when I shop for parts with J&P Cycles, it will be over the phone so I can request UPS or FedEx. I will not buy parts that are shipped with USPS.
V&h should provide all the product gaskets exhaust rings etc. had to wait on these parts to be delivered.separately.

J&P great to do business with as ordering is very easy and also used chat to answer a couple of questions. Problem is with Drag Specialties Sportster gas tank. Spent hours sanding weld seams smooth as were not touched. Also left deep scratches on tank surface from some sort of belt sander. After paying approx $450 I expected more - not less. Also wire from welder stuck to numerous places that were not cleaned off.
The part I ordered was good, but there were no instructions. I called j and p and a operator told me I had to down load my own by scanning box, I told him I'm a biker not a computer geek. Could you please send to me, said he couldn't do that I had to have it emailed, so he did I couldn't figure it out someone forwarded it to there computer to down load and copy, couldn't open it either. I say send extra few can't and send them or I'll deal with someone else what a shame
My initial order was wrong (my fault). After conferring with a J&P associate, the right parts were ordered and the wrong ones returned. The ease and simplicity of the whole transaction was what will keep me coming back to J&P Cycles.

J&P Cycles web site is easy to navigate. I purchased a K&N air filter for my 2025 Indian Pursuit. It shipped very quickly, the price was great too. I highly recommend J&P cycles, no matter what brand of motorcycle you ride.

My experience was good until you ask me to do a survey when I clicked the button that said I received my order.
I do not participate in any surveys.
And then you make me fill in more fields that you don't need to know. And if I just ignore the survey you send me e mails asking me to complete the survey.
I know I submitted my order during a holiday and paid extra for next day shipping. And it didn't show up for five days. Now I get that we closed for the holidays but maybe set up your website to not allow the option for expedited shipping if it's not going to happen. Overall though product is great no complaints there. That was an 83$ idle cable
I have ordered from JP a few times. My order always arrives in a timely matter. If I have questions I never had problems getting someone on the phone to answer them. A good company!
Found product I wanted, took about a week to arrive. Packaged well, installation straight forward. Looks great and improves performance.
I wrote specifically my Bike, make and model, still got the wrong one. But I needed so I adapted, is working now. Seems to be a good quality product, but it was the wrong fit..

You’re absolutely right — not everyone wants to scan codes, download files, or deal with email attachments just to install a part. We agree that having simple, printed instructions in the box would make things much easier.
Unfortunately, some manufacturers now choose to provide instructions only digitally, and that decision is outside of our control. That said, I’m very sorry that we weren’t able to offer a simpler alternative for you in this case, and that the process became so frustrating.
