Overall the shipping was awesome. Everything was package perfectly. Only issue i had was when removing the baffles. The bolt on the left slip-on - the nut was stuck on. Couldn't get it even with an impact. Had to end up drilling the center of the bolt head to get it out. Other than that the sound is amazing!

I ordered a primary chain tensioner and also an outer primary gasket. I received the tensioner within 3 days, but after a week I hadn't received the gasket. I emailed customer service and y'all sent out the gasket via 2 day shipping. While I do appreciate the quick resolution, I wasn't terribly thrilled with having to have any issues resolved.
