Ordered a tire for my street glide
I received it in a timely manner but wasn't impressed with the way it was handled... I thought it should have been wrapped in paper or in a box not just shipped without any protection covering it. But over all my shopping experience was good. Everything i could have wanted and more was available.
It was fine but the duties and shipping are a bit extravagant. Makes me think twice about buying a product in America again

I received an email at every step of the way. First that my order was received. Next that a shipping label had been printed. The following email indicated that the shipper had received word of the order and the next email stated that the shipper had picked up the order and provided tracking info. I didn't have to look on my porch to determine that the order was there, I had an email indicating that it was there. I like it.
Finding the correct tire size was quite simple however there is no mention of the tire's "stickiness". I don't care if the tire is worn out at 1,000 miles if the trade-off is high traction. Why isn't that factor addressed in the tire's description? Anyway, finding and purchasing the tire was easy.

Years ago I purchased a helmet for my daughter. The helmet came with a clear face shield. She needed a darker tint shield. I was able to search the websight with ease & find excatly what I needed quickly. The face shield was excatly what I needed & the fit was 100% perfect. The shield was packaged nicely with instructions on how to change the faceshield. Shipping product out was fast.
It really comes down to how in the world will a person able to see if the product fits if you can't open the package. I think your policy is wrong.
