Amazing customer service, bought a product at a pop up tent at bike week in Myrtle beach got home to nh to realize I was given the wrong part; online customer service went above and beyond to get me an exchange for the right part
Ultimately I ordered the wrong seal. Description said shifter shaft oil seal, but the one I received was not what I needed. I suspect its the inner seal. Not totally sure. Either way it wasn't fussing over a $3 part

I purchase a Drag Specialties battery as a replacement for the Harley H2. (6 volt that fits in horseshoe oil tank. It came with everything I needed (acid) and got here quick

I ordered an axle #*******.
I installed and torqued to specifications. Rode 300 miles, went to disassemble and nut was gaulded to axle, cam was mangled as if too soft of steel. I still need an axle but unless this is a fluke I wouldn; t want another of these. Thanks
Ordering the LA high peak bars was easy and they shipped quick, the packaging was awful the bars were just put into a box and were just wrapped up in a foam tape, when the box was delivered to my house the handle bars were poked out the size of the box and were scratches on the end of the bars, luckily the grip assembly covered it up, kinda disappointed, paid a premium for the bars would have expected them to be shipped in a more secure pacakage

I was looking to purchase a well appointed and large size touring bag for the luggage rack on my 2016 Softail. J&P cycles had a very wide selection with quick shipping options.
